I would love a circuit training workout that includes cardio, total body weight training and ab rotations. I expected the new Circuit Blast to do this, but was disappointed that the compound exercise segments really only worked legs and shoulders. The body max series and low impact circuit are my favorites because I can mix and match to get this total body type of workout, however, even doing that it still takes over an hour to complete the entire workout. Maybe a HIIT-type concept with a few different 40-45 min short cross-training routines? I would also never say no to a Body Max 3!
