Good to know,last week was a rest week for my self, but I did 3 days of circuit training I was feeling bad, because Cathe said no weight on rest day but I did with light weight ..
and I love the feeling...So now I'm out to do MESO 3 I hope I can make it...
I call my friend to see if she want to be my Spotter but I change my mind and I will try all by my self if I can't lift heavy I will repeat meso3 later....
