Circuit timing question

I have recently been turning certain workouts into circuits by putting in time on the elliptical between sets. For example when doing the PUB this past month between each body part I did 10 minutes on the elliptical. Makes for a great workout but long. Thinking of doing the same this Sat with Muscle Max. How long woudl you say my cardio interval should be? 10 min to long - 5 min sound ok?
I'm guessing either would work just fine but wanted some input from you guys :D

I would suggest keeping the cardio interval short but intense. It's entirely up to you, of course, but I think 5 minutes or even 3 minutes (at high intensity) would be good.

when i did workouts like this i would do 1 minute high intensity inbetween each set. I went all out either on the tread or the ellip. It was intense!

This would work for GS too. I think:)
I like the idea of short intense 60-90 second tracks. You could also do challenges with coach Sean. :cool:
