I saw the other post where the question was about how to use this tape in the rotation. My question has to do with using it on day between PS tapes.
I've just started getting back into a regular routine after a few half-hearted attempts since my daughter was born almost 2 years ago.
Without getting into the boring details, I have to do the PS tapes on Tue/Thu and have been doing Cardio Kicks on MWF with PS Legs on Saturday. I'd like to get another day of weights for each body part, so I figured I'd substitue one day of Cario Kicks with Circuit Max. My original thought was to do it on Wednesday, but am afraid of doing the same body part 2 days in a row. I know that Circuit Max is more endurance, so do you think that's an issue?
I was also thinking of doing PS Legs on Wed. and doing Circuit Max on Saturday, but I'm not too keen on the idea of no cardio between Monday and Friday.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
