Hey Gang!

Does anyone know what workout we are doing today? A few of you did SJP this week so Im thinking thats what I am suppose to do today. I copied the rotation to my desktop but DH took DD's computer to the computer place to get "cleaned up" so now I will have to go to the rotation forum to see what Im suppose to be doing.
Its a nice day though so I have a feeling we will be running again. I was also invited to a girls night tonight so I may run a little further today cause I will be having a couple of drinks tonight.
Oh and my dog is back. He was spotted yesterday but it still took DH 3 hours to catch him. He kept running away! I think he was really confused!

Yeah it's Friday! It is going to be a beautiful day here and I don't have to work! I am so happy! :D I did BM2 scrambled eggs premix earlier this morning. I wonder what the calorie burn would be with that one?!

Lori, I'm happy you found your dog. SJP is on the schedule for today. Have a great run if you go running!

Hey Shirl, did I read yesterday that you lost 3.2 lbs? Or was that Sandra? Whoever it was...congrats! Thats awesome!

Yeah, I went for a run after. It was chilly out but I buddled DS up and off we went and I did longer then intended. I did a 10 mile run, in 1 hour 40 mins and burned 1050 cals. Sometimes I wonder if thats right but I have read 100 cals for every 1 mile plus I am pushing 30 lbs to. My inner thighs are burning now. Anyway...great day, workout wise.

I lost 3.2 lbs ~ I am so excited! You burned 1050 calories!!! That is fantastic! I think the calorie burn is just about on target. You'll probably need an extra stretch today. Great job on the run - that deserves 2 gold stars! Do you ever get a chance to run without the stroller? Running will seem so easy without it. Have a great day!:)

Wow Shirl and Lori- you two are doing awesome!

Shirl- Congrats on losing the pounds. That's is an accomplishment. I bet you will keep it up working as hard as you are! Great job!

Lori- Running 10 miles in an hour is so good! That's gotta be, what, a 6-7 minute mile?!? That is awesome! How did you start training like that? I can only do 3 1/2 miles now but am hoping to get better.

I kind of fell off the band wagon yesterday. Didn't get anything done but I plan on getting back on track today. My little girl is feeling a LOT better and, of course, just in time for her doctor's appt!!! x( Isn't that how it goes! ;) THanks for all your comments! Anyway, I will check in later. Hi ladies!! Checking in today with a scheduled rest day. I am taking it too. A little tired and need the rest. I may get some yoga in later if I get the time.

Heidi: Mine always get better before an appointment too. Glad she is doing better..

Lori: Way to go on that running. Awesome..

Shirl: Again way to go..That is an awesome amount of calories burned for you ladies..I did my elliptical a couple of days ago and was thrilled it said 610 calories! HAHA

I think 610 caloreis on the elliptical is GREAT! I need a new HRM, so I never know how many calories I burn. I was wondering if anyone has a ballpark figure for BM2 scrambled eggs premix calorie burn. I know there are a lot of variables, but hoped that someone knew. Thanks for the way to go! :)

Hi gang,

SJP got finished this morning. Always love that one..fun fun!

Shirl - congrats on the weight loss! I'll tell Jenn how much we lost this week. It's so nice of you all to weigh yourselves regularly, so I don't have too :) When I did BM2, as produced, using the 8" step, my Polar F11 told me I burned 992 calories, and that was not counting the warm up. I'm 5'4", and a few pounds heavier than Lori (all muscle, of course ;) ).

For tomorrow's run I'll be doing an outdoor run with, hm, maybe Cardio Coach #2. Love those CCs!

Wow, that is great to burn that many calories. Especially since you're working so hard in BM2..I need to get a HRM so I know my calories burned. Maybe Christmas..
 
I seriously need to get going again. I have taken yesterday and today off- I'm so bad!!! My little girl had an ear infection in both ears but is acting much better then the last 10 days. Her routine should be back to normal tomorrow though so I can start back up with the rotation. Does this ever happen to you guys? I will do SJP tomorrow. This is a really fun rotation and I can't let myself get too far behind. ;-)

Today ended up being a rest day. I have a cardio and Imax2 catch up on and bm2.

Lori, great run. You earned them drinks. Hope you enjoy them.;-)

Heidisue, glad your LO is feeling better. I'm day behind too so will stick out together. I'm liking this rotation also.

Sandra, WOW! BM2 on an 8' step. I only do it on 6' and it tires me out I usually do Boot Camp, maybe I'll try scrambled eggs on Sunday.

Shirl- congrats on the 3.2lbs.

I'm trying to get in the habit of journaling and portion sizing foods but I'm so undisplined. Must be why I like to workout.
