Circle Tubing

Just bought regular tubing, but I also saw a solid circle of tubing. Does anyone know what that's used for? Of course there was no instructions on the package. Thanks everyone and an early happy mothers' day to all you moms. Mary

you can put both your feet through circle tubing and do lots of great stuff using one leg as an anchor and extending the other..

slip it around the ankles or under the arch...and play.

I have a kari anderson video where she uses a uses a circle to do all the leg work....

its great fun! works fantastic on the legs.
but you can use with you hands just like other tubing.. if the resistance is right.
I have circle tubing with padded cuffs i can attach to my ankles..... i love playing with it.. I do lots of kick back for the backside.

If you look at weight training books you will see cables attached to ankles for leg abduction, extention, adduction..
you can use circle tubing with these exercises in mind... just use the free leg to hold the band.

tamilee has a book that uses "rubberbands" ..

I think these products are the coolest of all... I swear i can manage any thing with them that can be done on machines!

I always wondered what the heck Tamilee's rubber bands were! By the way, Cinza, from another thread - I always thought you were about 25. I think mental age matters a lot more than physical age - that's my story and I'm sticking to it! :)

Hi Cinza and thanks for the info. It is amazing what can be done with a piece of rubber. I'll definitely have to get one and give it a try. I would have never thought you were that old either. I think if you want to think you're old, you will be, otherwise, it's just a number. Thanks again. Mary
