I don't have either of these so I can't help you out with a personal perspective.
CIA 2203 is reviewed at VideoFitness (www.videofitness.com) so you might want to check it out. Go to the instructor index and click on CIA (Creative Instructor Aerobics), then you will see the list with all the CIA workouts listed by number. BTW, no review for CIA 2205.
Are you looking to take advantage of the sale? I ordered 3 vhs (Kick It w/ Janis Saffel, one of the 99's with Andre Houle, and Debbie Burns TKO Body Boxing) and got 3 free DVD's (Step This Way 2, Cardio Crazy w/ Gay Gasper, and the one with the contest winner, Arth ?).

You can also go to www.collagevideo.com and on the left side of the page, in "Search by Title", type in CIA. Once you find the workout you are looking for, just under the description, there should be a link to click for reviews. You can even see a 60-second preview of the workout!
