CIA video service

Has anyone had problems with CIA video? I ordered on May 17th and it said I'd receive them in 2-5 business days via priority mail. I live in the same state as them (PA) and still haven't gotten them! I received Cathe's tapes in half the time. This is ridiculous. It's 2002- it doesn't take weeks to ship something.

Maybe you should try emailing Greg. He is usually very good about answering them. His costumer service is great.

I did

I emailed them and they said the one video was backordered. It would've made things much easier if they would've informed me of that! I guess I'm just used to dealing with larger companies who let you know everything.
