does anyone know much about this? I am taking a multi vitamin and minerals and it includes this, there are 6 pills total. it includes vit b,c,d,fish oil, green tea and the chromium. since taking these I have had no problems with going to the bathroom either. Use to be constipated and bloated all the time.

Chromium I have to be careful with, it tends to make my heart rush.
