Christy Taylor

Hi,

I'm interested in her step workouts. However, I am pretty cardio challenged. I do Cathe's older workouts, but not her new ones like Step Blast or Rythmic Step. Would I be able to master Christy? Maybe one of her older ones. I also do Kari Anderson. Music is very important to me in a step workout, so that's a consideration also.

Thanks for your help

Hi Mar,

Christi is a lot of fun, but she is more complex than Cathe. If you didn't really like SB or RS than i'm not sure if Christi is for you IMO. If you do want to try Christi than I would suggest starting with either "Still Steppin" or "Totally Cool Step". They are a little less complex IMO. The music is always great in Christi's workouts!!

Hi Mar! CT's moves are a little tricky, but i have only done her totally cool step. it wasnt that hard. i never use it though b/c she sings the cues to you and it drives me up the wall!

Hi Mar, I have ordered the fantastic four dvd. In this dvd are hi/low heaven, step heaven, still jumping just for fun and still steping.

Hi,
I just received the same "fantastic four" DVD a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time trying CT. I had heard that CT's videos sometimes take a few times to get down so I did them with that in mind. I found the hi/lo and step heaven to be a little more complicated than the still stepping and still jumping... I do enjoy them all though. I think the "heaven" tapes may take me a few times to get down but I am looking at it as something to work towards.... I wore my heart rate monitor and even with my "mix-ups" I still ended up getting a decent workout :) Hope this helps! Good luck!
Cathy:)
