Hi Lisa-
Hopefully you found this!! I have the hi/lo tape you mentioned that your ordered of Christy Taylor's. It is definitely challenging, you will get your heart rate up. I still like Cathe's workouts better by far.. Christy's is pretty hard to follow, the choreography is complex. Her cueing is not as tight as Cathe's either. If you are coordinated, you will probably have no problem. But "grace" is not in my vocabulary...thus, I ended up being a little frustrated even after doing the tape several times. Also, she does "build on" routines.. So, you keep going back to the WAY beginning of the routines, which personally I find boring after you have done it a couple of times.
Karen Voights hi/lo is pretty good!! I found her moves easier to follow and still got my heart rate up.. Plus there is some killer ab work at the end of it.
Hope this helps!!
