Do anyone have a "healthy" Christmas cookied recipe? I LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas cookies but I don't want to go totally hog wild this Christmas. Any healthy, yummy options out there?

Thanks!
Liz

I ordrered some. Some for Christams, my families, moms and work. I hate to bake tedious. I have a lady that can really bake. I just freeze them and stay away... Far far away. Especially from the caramel cups and lady fingers. Oh, my.
I may bake a healthy one though.
Anyone....

These Weight Watchers Haystack cookies are the healthiest I can think of and I love them. Not very pretty, wouldn't take them to a Christmas party, but I keep them in the fridge or freezer for the family.
Melt 1 12oz. pkg of dark chocolate chips on top of double boiler, add 1 sleeve of Fiber One cereal (each box has 2 sleeves) and mix well. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. I put them on a lined cookie sheet and put in freezer til firm. Then store in freezer or fridge. Each cookie is about 50 calories.
Enjoy!:9

I love to bake Christmas cookies and go all out every year. So far I have 6 different types in the freezer and have at least 3 more "must make" recipes to do. Healthy is not a high priority for this once a year orgy. I just avoid them until Christmas eve, and then limit myself to one or two whenever I get a platter of them out for others. My poor DH always gains 5 to 8 pounds over the holidays, but for years I've managed to maintain whatever weight I'm currently at.

Okay, I just received this recipe from my Weight Watchers leader. Not "healthy", but low in calories if you limit the # you eat!

Skinny Man's Turtles (about 50 cal. each)
60 mini pretzel twists
60 Rolo candies
60 pecan halves

Preheat oven to 325. Place pretzels on a single layer on cookie sheet. Place 1 Rolo candy on each pretzel. Place in oven and bake 4 min. Immediately place 1 pecan 1/2 on each pretzel/candy piece. (press to spread candy and embed pecan.) Chill until cool.

Holiday Buttons (about 50 cal. each)
Place a small round pretzel on cookie sheet and place a Hershey Hug in middle. Heat for a few min. in a 250 oven til Kiss melts a bit. Then lightly press a red or green m&m on top.

Haven't made either, but they both sound yummy!:9
