Christi Taylor presale up for Mission Possible (beginner DVD)

The presale of one of the two new CT's workouts has begun on the day 1 of August. Christi Taylor has posted details for pre-ordering her "Mission Possible" beginner's workout on her web page http://www.taylordfitness.com/. CK sales has begun the presale too.

No details yet on "Cardio Collectibles" her advanced workout that is due out in November.

Hi Mariangeles,
Which Christi workout would you recommend I get. The new one "Mission Impossible" seems like it would be boring. I like complex step, with power moves and I also like dance type moves with step. Thanks,

Thanks Mariangeles. I feel like I may need to start here with Christi. I bought her DVD with four w/o's including Step Heaven which I've done and it was pretty complex but definitely doable with practice.

Cathy, I bought Christi's Fantastic 4 DVD from Collage. It has four w/o's - Still Steppin, Step Heaven (step) and Still Jumpin and Hi-Lo Heaven (hi/lo). I've only done Step Heaven but even though it was frustrating, it was fun and I know it will be a lot of fun when I get the moves down.

Hi,I think MP is made for beginner exercisers - CT says the choreography is easy to accomplish.Mission Possible I think MP will be a more beginner workout for those that want to have fun with the music and movement, but don't want to think too hard.It will be 1/2 step and 1/2 low impact. In terms of Complexity:

CT has post this about MP:

If you want fancy choreography, then you probably won't appreciate Mission Possible. If you just want a good workout and fun music and don't care if it's fancy, then you will appreciate Mission Possible.

In terms of intensity:

I think you will probably be able to make Mission Possible as hard as you want it to be. During the step portion, you can raise your step. During the floor portion, you can add impact.

Keep in mind, Mission Possible will not be low impact only. I do plan to put some "pouncing" in. I don't want to call it high/low, but you will leave the ground a little. That will make this workout easy to follow (choreographically) yet still intense if you want it to be. Of course, only if you want it to be.

My favorites CT's step workouts are step heaven an still stepping. You will find these workouts in the fantastic four dvd with hi/low heaven and still jumping just for fun.In my opinion these are the best CT workouts. Hope this helps.

Thanks Mariangeles and Jane,
I think I will try the workouts you recommended but not MP. I am looking for something like PowerMax interms of fun factor and power moves. Sounds like something from the Fantastic Four may fit the bill:)
