Choreography or Fitness??? You opinion please ...

I'm with you, Kathryn. I like to let my mind drift during a workout, but if it's very complex, I have to concentrate too hard and get frustrated.
 
IMHO in Cardio & Weights and Imax2 Cathe has excellent cueing. It may take several tries to really know the choreography well, but Cathe repeats each sequence 6 times . This helps to really learn it.
