Can you offer guidance on how to choose resistance weights for balanced muscle development, say for fronts and backs of arms and legs? I'm new to serious weight training and want well-balanced muscles at the end of STS Mesocycle 3 on a 6-month plan. Currently I'm doing STS Mesocycle 1 and noticed a muscle here and there that seems ridiculously underdeveloped and underused. One rep max results get updated, and I print workout cards. But maybe in a few instances I should aim for better complementary balance in muscle development. Or will that occur naturally over the 6 months I'm doing the plan?
