A little behind on the check-in. I had a good session with Katie on Friday. I am noticing some subtle differnces in my lower body since working on the functional mobility. Not anything visible, but I don't feel so tight. Esp in the buttock region. Saturday I did SZ and chinups (weighted 10#) 4/2,4/2,3/3,3/3 & 3/3 Not as good as last week, but I was a bit sore from Friday's w/o. Today I did B&Gs standing portion and LB's short KB workout.
This weekend went by way too quick!!
