No chinning for me today. It was upper body day. My rotation is off. Well, if you call it a rotation
It's been 2 weeks since I did a heavier upper body.
Bench
Warmup: 45# 8 reps, 60# 8 reps
Working set: 75# 12/12/8
(lowered the wt to conc on form)
Lat Raise
10# 10/10/10/10
Skull Crushers
22.5# 8/8/8 (these were super tough)
1 Arm DB Row
40# 8/8/8 (concentrated on slow controlled movement)
(supersetted with Skull Crushers)
Conc Curls
30# 4/4
27.5# 8/6
25# 8
I forgot there were tricep pushups in the KB w/o I did yesterday. My arms where really shaking during those skull crushers!!!!
My sister is gonna do the KB training session with me. Cool!!!!
