Forgot to mention my one indiscretion- I was supposed to do Core Max I did start, but my legs really started to cramp up after the first segment. So I figured why keep going.

This morning just did 4 DS lLIS/HIS Double Cardio. Little worried about my shoulder, after being nice to during my workout, I moved boxes and junk all afternoon which left it aching. Got some good DOMS in the chest from yesterday's workout though.

Linda, be careful with that shoulder. Mine's been a little achy lately too. I am scheduled to do upper body tomorrow. I may do lat raises instead of OHP and see how that goes.
