Forgot to mention my one indiscretion- I was supposed to do Core Max:eek: I did start, but my legs really started to cramp up after the first segment. So I figured why keep going.
 
Afternoon Chinsters,

Back from a mad dash to the supermarket and picking DD up from school!

This morning just did 4 DS lLIS/HIS Double Cardio. Little worried about my shoulder, after being nice to during my workout, I moved boxes and junk all afternoon which left it aching.:(:( Got some good DOMS in the chest from yesterday's workout though. :D:D:D
 
Hey ladies!! Today is a rest day for me. Woo hoo!!!

Linda, be careful with that shoulder. Mine's been a little achy lately too. I am scheduled to do upper body tomorrow. I may do lat raises instead of OHP and see how that goes.
