Hey ladies. It's been a busy weekend. I need to get serious about my chinups and pullups again. I couldn't tell you when I last did a pullup
I have been doing chinups mostly. I'll get to work on that 
I had a good session with Katie on Friday. She actually needs case study subjects for her next level of certification. She wants to use my sis and I. Way cool I think. She also has some new "toys" that she says she's gonna incorporate into next weeks session. Which kinda scares me
So far we are working on just basic stuff. Adding a new move or two each time. And also working on some imbalance issues.
I did HLMB this morn followed by Lauren Brooks 12 min KB w/o. This afternoon I did upper body. Still keeping it lighter with most moves and working on form and going slow.
