Bench:
Warmup: 45# 8, 75# 6
Working Set: 85# 9,8,8
(same wt as last week, 1 more rep on first set)
Lat Raise: 12# 8,10,10
Skull Crushers: 22.5# 8,8,8
(these were tough, + 1.25# --also SS these with DB Rows)
DB Row: 45# 9,9,8
(+2.5 # from last)
Concentration Curls: 30# did my first set of 7 both arms, did next set of 7 with R arm switched to the L arm and eeked out 4 reps dropped to 27.5# for 4 more, then did 27.5# for 2 more sets of 4 on each arm. My biceps apparently were not cooperating with the higher wt LOL!!
Followed that up with DM cardio blast.
