No chinups for me today, did them yesterday. Did yogaX today. I think I'll do Muscle Max tomorrow. Will I have Tony withdrawls????

How's everyone else doing today. We had some beautiful weather here in KY.

Hey Catherine and other masochists! Yesterday was a busy day - didn't have time to work out. Today I'm going to do leg work, maybe GS. I probably won't do a chin-up for a couple of weeks.:-(
