(((((((CHINTASTICA)))))))

Catherine - Can that really happen?

Yep, it sure can. It's called a stump neuroma. That was one of the diagnosis the doc discussed at the last visit. But he still thinks it's scar tissue.

Woke up with the same headsplitting headache that I went to bed with last night, so needless to say I did not feel like doing absolutely anything this morning! But.... I did Drill Max Scrambled cardio premix anyway and some ab work. Then took a 4.5 mile walk with my client.

My head still hurts like _____. I just now finally ate something, but headache is making my stomach feel lousy.

Ugghh, I hope you get some relief :(

I took Catherine's advice and just hopped on my bike with the attitude that I would take it easy and have fun. Well, I ended up feeling pretty good and got in 22 miles in an 1 hour 45 minutes and burned 672 calories.

Catherine- Thanks for the push to get me moving...the ride helped.

Nice job Judi!! I wish I could have motivated myself LOL!! I am taking a mental health day :p No workout for me LOL!!

Linda, nice workout! Your numbers are impressive as usual. Will I still see ya tomorrow at Unos?

I am planning to do CCV8 tonight- hopefully. Then I will finish packing. It's up bright and early tomorrow

Judi, how's the knee?

Linda- Great workout and again, your numbers just blow me away. Glad to hear the headache is gone. Are you ladies meeting up during the RT? How cool :D

Catherine- My knee is much better...thanks. I just needed a rest from high impact for awhile. Have fun with challenge 2 of CCV8....that one is tough. Safe travels to NJ tomorrow and have an awesome time at the RT.

Today was Meso1 Disc7 and since I was enjoying the push ups so much, I felt compelled to total them all up:rolleyes:. Well, there were 182! No wonder my arms are like jello

Catherine - You can count me in, I will be there!

Judi- Yes, I will be having dinner tomorrow night with Catherine and a few other RTers. While I can not attend the RT, I am only an hour from Cathe's gym. You'd think I'd have at least taking a class by this point, I've only been following her for 9 years!!!!!
Oh no wonder I am sick of pushups!:p I had no idea that I was doing that many! Ignorance really is bliss, I guess!:p

:confused:CCV8 is awesome!! I paced myself and it seemed just right :D After working out I've been running around like a mad woman getting stuff together. I always tell myself I'm not gonna spaz before a trip and I always SPAZ!!!

Linda, see ya tomorrow ;)

Judi, glad your knee is better. I wish I hadn't read that number on the pushups LOL!!

I'm going to bed soon. Gotta get up at 4:30

So it's just you and me, Judi, while Catherine is gone....

This morning was cardio and I did BM2 Timesaver Cardio Premix adding Bonus Cardio Finished Combos on the end. It was one of those days where my HR was high again. Staying around 162 for the steady state. Also did some ab work, Jackknifes and SB Roll Outs. I find the way to get the Roll Outs to really work is to hold the out position for at least 2 counts. Workout was 55 minutes and I burned 452 calories.

My workout today was 8 hours cleaning the house. I haven't done a major clean since DD's grad party in June and it was really dirty. I'm thinking of giving Amy's Kickbox Surge a whirl tomorrow then M1D8 back/triceps on Saturday.

Linda- I like BM2 's cardio premixes. Have you tried one legged pikes on the SB? Cathe does those in her new ab circuit dvd and try as I might, I cannot get all the way up. It kills on my quads. I can do 2 legged pikes (or jackknives) with no problem. Oh well, something to strive for.

Are you meeting Catherine for dinner tonight? If so, have a great time!

What's up chicks!! I'm here at the RT waiting for everyone else to get up :( Been up since 5 am. Oh well. Having fun!!

Linda, it was great seeing you last night. We had a blast, didn't we?

Judi, cleanmax  I soooooo need to do that

Judi - No haven't tried the one legged pikes yet. Sounds tough. And wow, eight hours of cleaning!

Catherine - I cannot believe you were up at 5am after travelling yesterday and being up late last night! Had a great time last night and we definitely need to plan to do the RT together new year! Maybe we can get Judi to come too!

Well, today was the the last day of Meso 1. WooHoo! Of course it was Disc 12 Legs. I was at the beach all day with my mom and the kids so I will post the stats tomorrow. Have a great night!

Hey Linda- I enjoyed the photos of your get together with the RT girls. Looks like you were having a lot of fun. I am hoping to get in next year.

Yesterday I did M1D8 back/triceps. Got in 2 sets of 12 chinups and 1 set of 9 pullups using the medium band. I can still only do a few unassisted so I'm trying to increase my numbers with the medium band, then move down to the light band and see where that takes me. They are just so darn hard!

Did you do the happy dance when you finished Meso 1?

Hi Judi. My internet was down all day so just now able to get on so I am keeping this short due to the hour.

Did the slanted riser cardio workout that came with my slanted risers, but added lots of intensity. Was fun for a change.

Yes I definitely did the happy dance? What should I do with my rest week?

Just keep at those chinups, they are very hard, but you will get better at them. I could barely do one the first time I tried.

Last morning of the RT :( I am suffering from sore legs and a lack of sleep. One more kickbox workout to go!! It's been fun!!!!!

Hey Catherine are you up yet? :D:D:D How's the foot after all that running around? How did you make out during the RT? I so want to go next year!

Whatcha doing Judi?

This my rest week and not sure what I am going to do with it. This morning I did do Amy's KB Dynamics, but did not go heavier than a 20# KB and a couple places I subbed a lighter DB, just did not want to go all out and not feel rested at all by next week. Also did the ab work from this one for the first time, it was fun. I love the overhead halos for firing the core.:D

Hey gang!! I made it back around 11:30 last night when I should have been home at 6 :( The weather had flights being cancelled and delayed  RT's are becoming famous for that!!

I had a wonderful time. It's hard to settle back into normal life now;) My foot did surprisingly well. I paced myself and modified. I did 4 1/2 out of 7 of the workouts or something like that. The aerobic flooring I think made a difference too. I didn't finish the KB class yesterday because she just got way to impacty for me and I knew it was gonna be a long travel day and it made no sense to do it. I was content with what I did. Cathe complimented me on my hair :D She actually turned around (I was in the back) while we were taking the RT photo and said I didn't hardly recognize you your hair is different,.. I didn't know she was talking to me so I turned around to see who she was talking to LOL!! She was so sweet and later told me how good I looked. I could ramble on and on,.......

I actually worked out today. Yes, believe it or not!! I did the Pyramid Bonus w/o but instead of pyrmiding down I went heavy for all three sets and kept it there. My legs are sore

Linda, enjoy your rest week!! I know it's hard for you but keep it light. It would be so awesome if you could come to the RT next year!!!

Catherine- Welcome Back!! I loved all the pics Liann posted and ITA with Cathe....your hair is fab. Love it! I'm glad to hear your foot held up and wasn't too bothersome. Bummer about the flight delays but I'm glad you made it home safely.

Linda- I forgot to tell you that I tried Amy's Kickbox Surge over the weekend and it was great. I didn't preview and got about 85-90% the first time through. Loved the med ball ab work too. I'm glad you enabled me;)

I did CCV5 on the elliptical this morning:)

Judi, CCV5 huh? I don't have that one hmmmm,... LOL!! Thanks for the hair compliment.

I think I'll do CC 7 or 8 tomorrow. Decisions, decisions.

Judi, glad you liked KB Surge. It does have a pretty easy learning curve. I love it!

Catherine - Delays getting to the RT and delays getting home, tough trip. Glad your foot held up! And I am impressed that you worked out today!

This morning I did Amy's Advanced Step Challenge the original. That workout is only about 40 minutes, but let me tell you it should does kick my butt!:p I was pouring buckets by the end. Burned 350 calories.
