I have one more week left of this rotation, but was feeling completely bored with the same pattern of workout and decided to change things up this morning. I went with LIC. Haven't done that in a llloooooonnnnngggg time. I am definitely not use to endurance work. I was toast by the end.
Catherine, I've been eating crap and feel like crap too. I think that is one of the reasons I decide to change my workout this morning. Shake things up and get me out of this horrible rut! If I don't stop eating this poorly I am going to be huge before I know it and nothing will fit! I have no idea what has gotten into me. I've fallen off the wagon before, but I have never had this much trouble getting back on.
