As much as I love chins, I have to admit my slackedness lately **is that even a word
** So, it's time I get serious again. I did p90x+ total body today which has chins and pulls. So it's a start. But I also realized why I do chins on lower body or cardio days. I can not do near as many when I am working upper body at the same time
Oh well
