I was really making some progress with these darn chin ups but seem to have stressed my elbow in the process. I have not even attemped one since and it has been 5 MONTHS! I still have a little trouble with it and find I need to modify some of my exercises still and the weights that I use.
Anyone else have a problem with this? Unfortunatley, I am wondering if I may endup needing a cortizone shot in it or something. Of course, I went to the doc about three weeks after it happened and they said lay off it for a while and see if it gets better. I did do that but to totally lay off it I would have to be dead!
Anyway, just wondered if anyone else has had this and if so what worked to heal it?
