Melody you are such a blast. Yes...I was still hangin out, but thanks to ya all...I did um!! And just so you know I NEVER WOULD HAVE DONE THEM WITHOUT YA. I don't know why I have to be pushed so much lately, but I think it's getting a little better.
I did Slow and Heavy legs first, then chinups 7, 5, 7, 5, 7 and 2 slow negatives (one was in pullup form). I can feel myself getting stronger, but it's a mental battle with the bar. They are so hard, but once I pass the 3rd set, I get over the mental "hatred" thing. Kind of like the P90X strength workouts, once I'm halfway, I'm fine. Sheesh...what's wrong with me!! How does HB remain so steadfast - just knowing she can get to 15 - amazing.
