Chin-up check-in Aug 29

Did pull-ups and chins this morning - as many pull-ups as I could do, then quickly change hand positions and do chins. My new method! Will do inverted rows later.

Well, Missy, I'm here to tell you that if you CAN do chins & pull-ups you have the right to brag 'cause they are hard and we should be PROUD!!!!

HB, sounds like ya are going strong!!.

For me still quite a bit of back difficulty. May try some chins tomorrow. Maybe I can still do upper body x( I am literally going nuts!! My mood is bad. I know that's cause I can't workout!! Sorry, will stop whining now!!
