Chicken breast half???

This is a silly question, but what does a chicken breast half mean? Is it half of a chicken breast or is it already one of those chicken breasts you can buy in packages at the grocery store? Anyone know the caloric value in a chicken breast half? Thanks again ya'll!

It is one of those you buy in the store. It is like when you have a thanksgiving turkey. The whole breast would be all of the meat on both sides. I guess all of the white meat. Chicken is the same way.
