HI Everyone,
I also posted my question to Cathe, sorry for the duplication, but I need help.
I have recently stated to get an uncomfortable grinding feeling in my shoulder when beggining to press up on the chest press with a barbell or dumbell. I haven't had this before. Can you give me some suggestions as to what I am doing wrong/ Thanks, Melissa
