chest muscles too large

I feel like my chest muscles have gotten to large compared to my shoulders. That is, I feel like, when looking straight on at me, that my chest looks prominent and my shoulders look to flat. I am trying to build up my shoulders but feel that I need to decrease my chest some (especially since my nursing breasts are just too big for my taste.)

Has anyone ever worked on letting their chest muscles go a bit? Would you suggest I stop all together for a while, or just go lighter?

Do fewer sets for the chest. IMO, Cathe's workouts often contain too much for the chest vs. the back (which can also lead to postural problems), so if your only or main weight workouts are hers, definitely omit a set or so of chest work per workout.

And don't confuse your chest muscle with breast tissue (your comment about your nursing breasts seeming too big leads me to believe you might be). Thre's no exercise that will reduce the size of your breasts (though losing fat overall will ).
