<--'s regular dentist wasn't available so <--saw a new dentist
<--liked him a lot and talked about food the whole time because he is korean and you all know how much <--loves korean food

<--just finished 10 9.0 sprints (between 1-3 minutes) w/ 10 recovery walks (1 minute)
<--is trying HIIT and hopes that qualifies
<--will do that w/o two to three times a week and see if it's effective
