Cathlete
...UPS is comin' our way!!! :) :) :)

Good morning, cheetah friends!

Lotta cheetah chatter these days, but I posted fairly late so yesterday, so I only have a few more personals to catch up with...

Linda :: I feel the same way about FL. Unique exercise, it gets in there, but I view it more as an add-on rather than a stand-alone workout, and there just isn't the time. I think for someone like me who still needs to burn fat that might make sense to do maybe once a week once I am in maintenance mode but not yet...I don't think I'll be able to wait, either. I'm supposed to run & do abs today, but I think I'll have to kickbox!!!

Kristi :: sorry the pill did that to you...The Excedrin/Gatorade combo really helps me. It doesn't eliminate the migraine but at least I am not incapacitated for the entire day and can function. Today's residual is not too bad..I feel best when I strike a balance of running, strength training, and yoga...Thanks for the reminder on Boss's Day ~ I totally forgot!!

Wendy :: how's the cough this morning? Good for you doing your w/out with BF. What a great job perk!

Well, the rotation calls for a run, but I should have my DVDs this afternoon or evening, so I think I'll preview everything some and keep my options open, but I'm leaning toward kickboxing.

Have a GREAT Tuesday, everyone! BBL...

Good morning ladies,

i am sooooooo jealous of of you lucky ladies who have already received shipping notices...wah, wah, wah lol:D well i know i won't get one til later on because i ordered late. oh well. i know that i won't use them until nov. so it's all good:)

according to my schedule i am supposed to run 2 miles today but i am not sure that will be possible. my schedule is so hectic today. if not it will be an unscheduled rest day and i will fit it in tomorrow.

cathy- the kb and the bc are the ones i am most looking forward to. enjoy the kb if you decide to do that workout today!!!

i do not believe i have any personals to catch up on except to give a shout out to my girl Kristie...;)

have a awesome day to all and i will pop back in later!

ttyl...

good morning, ladies! i am shocked to report that i still have a few doms in my hamstrings! darn that nadia!!!

shelly-i am glad we are going to be so close when we are in vegas. what days will you be there?

wendi-way to go on your 10 miles. you are one fast cheetah! woo-hoo on ordering bbc. now you can have doms like me!

cathy-i am glad youo were able to head off your migraine although i can't believe you actually went to work. i don't think i cold go to work with one!!! you are a trooper! you will have to give us a full report on the workouts!!!

christine-thanks again for the motivation. sometimes, that's all we need...just a little push. then again, sometimes i need a shove!!!

linda-that is too funny that you got married in vegas as well! we are getting married at "the little church of the west." it's on the historic register. i am really looking forward to it and some cheetahs will be there running the vegas marathon, so that's a big bonus!

kristi-yes, it does seem the morning always comes way faster than we want it to!!! i do like the early mornings, though.

wendy-i would definitely agree that you should lay off any leg workouts until after your half. i can't believe it's this week!!! you are going to rock it!!!

judy-glad you are enojying your new mirror. i am sure your plank form is perfect! i should really get some sort of mirror because i know when i am tired i let my form suffer!

jackie-did you get your car window fixed? what a pain!!! hope you are working by yourself and can chat more today.

susan-did you have any more apple pie? i am SUCH a sweet addict but it's more candy for me. i am not a big fan of cakes and cookies (although i will eat them). i don't like doughnuts and pies. but...put a bag of M&M's, malt balls, etc. in front of me and i will eat THE WHOLE BAG! ugh!

carole-where are you and your sisters staying in vegas and what are the dates you are going? df and i will be there from thursday to monday. once we get back, i guess i'll be writing "dh!"

sunny-i hope you enjoy your unplanned rest day.

i have barry on tap this morning. i can't decide if it will be a double barry day or not. i am definitely doing chest but am also thinking arms. although, if i don't get my booty in gear, i won't be doing anything!!! i can't believe i still have lingering doms...

have a wonderful morning, cheetah babes!

Good morning cheetahs. I've had a relatively pleasant night at work but still looking forward to going home in a few hours ;-) I'll be doing ME today.... no cardio!!

Cathy- I am so jealous!! I ordered the second day so they should be shipping today, with second day postage it won't be til Thursday and I am going out of town Fridayx( for the Bisbee Stair Climb. Hopefully I'll be able to get in at least one of the new workouts.
In the meantime looking forward to your review!

SunnyD- Another hectic day for you I see! You'll probably more than make up for a missed 2 mile run with all the activity in your busy schedule.

Lorie- I actually booked a room for 3 nights since it's been forever since DH and I were in Vegas. We will be there Fri afternoon til Mon am. I wanted to stay Sunday night to enjoy some R&R after the marathon. Good luck on your double Barry day if that's what you choose. Personally I think the Arms and Abs is the hardest of them.

Wendi- CONGRATULATIONS on making 10 miles :7 :7 :7 We've had quite a few cheetahs hit that milestone lately. Ran it in an awesome time too!!! WTG:7 :7 :7 :7 You sure were a bundle of energy yesterday..... how are you feeing today?}(

Christine- thanks for sharing the link to the Big Sur race. Very inspiring!!! I really do wish I could do this one with you!! Unfortunately it occurs right at the time of the big local annual race here.

Linda- I'm jealous of you also today I guess. Let us know what you
think of the new workouts!!

Time to get back to work here. Wishing all the cheetahs who follow a fantastic day!!

Good morning lovely ladies!

Well, poo on all of you who get your dvd's today....oh, I mean congrats :p :+ *wink wink*! Mine should ship today but I'll be eagerly awaiting your thoughts when you guys bust those babies open today. Ii looks like I can resume my Cathe's YAY! I've been itching do get back to HSC but my legs were a little heavy this am (no DOMS or aches, just a little tired) so I went easy and popped in C&W. It was definitely the ticket! No ouchies in the rib (although I skipped the core work...won't be doing that for a bit longer) and I was able to bust out the heavy weights.

Christine - What an absolutely gorgeous race! It looks like you'll really enjoy that one. So glad you enjoyed your "ice cream" lol. I'm sorry you're losing your window...that sucks. Thanks for the encouragement regarding BBC...but I'm still very afraid.

Linda - I have to say that Fluidity intrigues me a bit, probably because of all my years of dance training. I think I agree with Cathy, though, in that it looks more like "maintenance and sculpt" rather than fat loss. Enjoy your dvds!

Cathy - So sorry about the migraine (again!). You have wonderful kiddies to understand the "dark" thing and, goodness knows, flourescent lighting is the worst for a migraine! You are NOT being a complainer...they can be incredibly debilitating and people who have never experienced a full blown episode can NEVER understand what it's like. Enjoy you dvds!

Kristi - Oh no, not you too with the migraines :-(. At least you were able to identify the trigger...definitely not worth it.

Wendy - Multi-tasking at it's finest last night, eh? You must be excited about your HM coming up. I think I'm starting to get that "itch", too.

Sunny - It sounds like you've got a busy day ahead of you! I'm sure you'll fit it in between today and tomorrow.

Lorie - Okay, now you're really scaring me if you've still got some DOMS! Thanks for the congrats! Have a great w/o today, whatever you decide...you sadist you :p.

Shelly - Thanks hon! Believe it or not I feel great after yesterday. I got both front yards blown and mowed. I do my neighbor's (the runner) leaves in the front because they help me out with snowblowing/house sitting when I'm in Florida for the winter. I think I get the better part of that deal!

I've got to run...I'm a little behind. Talk to yas later!

wendi-i think part of the reason i was so sore is that it was my first week back to working out after being sick. had i been doing weights all along, i am sure i would have been sore, but not as much. although...nadia does a lot of squats!

shelly-sounds like we will definitely have time to get together in vegas. can't wait!!

i did my double barry...chest and arms. i did all the cardio for chest but ran out of time and only did the first round of the arms cardio. did i mention how much i HATE burpees???

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...I think you could squeeze in BBC after doing the 4 day split for awhile...:)..sorry about the migraine. How exciting you get the DVD's so soon. I didn't pay extra for fast shipping so I might not get mine til next week, which is fine as I wanted to stay with endurance workouts this week.

Sunny...enjoy your 2 mile run.

Lorie...wow, Nadia really worked your hamstring! My sisters and I will be in Vegas Nov 30th til Dec 3rd and we are staying at the Excalibur...have fun with BBC today. I hate Burpees too...

Susan..Once the molding gets done, I will take some floor pics and share...:)

Shelly...Sounded like a fun cardio premix with SB/SJ&P. The trail run was nice, and a bit faster than the last time! I am not sure yet about my neice in Vegas but my 2 sisters and I should be there. I think we will stay at the Excalibur. I will say that Big Sur was the most beautiful marathon that I ever ran...except for Tahoe, which was very scenic too. You should consider Big Sur one year...:)...Enjoy ME today.

Jackie...hope your window gets fixed, that could be not good in the rain.

Wendi...great time on your 10 mile run! I bet your outside flower boxes look very purty...:)..Thanks for explaining the Gunks. I bet the trees are gorgeous this time of year. You ordered BBC??....Good job!!! Glad your rib was doing better for C&W.

Christine...hope you have fun with power circuits today...glad the achilles is better.

Linda...now that is funny, but no, I doubt we will be dressing like Santa!!

I ended up not running yesterday as I felt like I was getting my DH's crud! I did an LIC upper body premix instead. We had a nasty rain storm last night, thought we might loose power but luckily we did not. I feel fairly good today and I will do B&G standing and a 4 mile run.

Have a great day...:)

Good morning Cheetahs!

Cathy - Sorry to hear you had another migraine. ((((HUGS)))) Feeling much better? You're getting your workouts today! Now, that's fast service. I haven't had time to even check my emails. Mine will probably show up while I'm on vacation. Have a good workout whatever you decide to do.

Wendy - You're getting your workouts too. Can't wait to hear how you ladies like them.

Christine - How awful you're losing your window seat! Hope you find the perfect spot for yoga. Hey, I don't have a window in my office either. But, I do have a picture frame made like a window looking out into nice blue water with flowers and trees around. A girl can dream.

Linda - We got more rain last night. We have been so dry and we are still are below what we need.

Kristi - Hope you got some rest last night.

Sunny - I won't try to use my workouts until November either. Think I'll like the kb one too. I'm thinking the others may be a little too high impact for me.

Lorie - Yay for the DOMS! Nadia got you good, huh? I did get the window repaired to the tune of almost $300. x( The regulator had to be replaced. It started raining after I got home too. I hope the others don't decide to go out. What a workout for you again today! Looking for more DOMS?

Shelly - Glad you had a pleasant work night for a change. Are you ready for the Stair Climb? No cardio today? Enjoy ME!

Wendi - Great time on your 10 mile run yesterday! You rock! Glad you enjoyed your workout today. What kind of dance were you trained for? Sounds like fun.

I did Legs & Glutes, abs from SJP and some foam rolling.

Have a terrific Tuesday!

Jackie

Carole - Sorry you didn't get your run in yesterday. This crud seems to be going around. I hope it doesn't have far reaching effects. Glad you're feeling better today and you can enjoy your workout. Guess I need to start building my immune system up for all the traveling I'll be doing. Need to pull out my EmergenC.

Enjoy your day!

Jackie

Thanks Jackie...:)..I have used an oil with cloves, cinnamon, lemon and rosemary for the last year to help my immune system. I put a drop in my coffee everyday. I also use Airborne and Colloidal Silver and usually I don't have the crud for long...I hope!!..Good job with L&G and thanks also for reminding me about the foam roller....:)

carole-sounds like we will all be there the same times. can't wait!!!

jackie-i am hoping that the more i do these workouts, the less doms i will have!!! i am glad i started bbc because ithink it will get me in the groove for the new cathe workouts. mine are supposed to come tomorrow. i am thinking i will start them next week. i also have to start really cracking down on my half training. my last long run was 9 miles two weeks ago!!! i did 7 yesterday.

Hey Cheetahs!

I’m anxious awaiting reviews from all you lucky folks who get the new workouts in the next few days! I’ll have to live vicariously through you for a while! :p I did CTX Power Circuits, CTX Back and planks, and Power Yoga for Flexibility this morning (sounds like more than it was – took me about 75 minutes total). I am happy to report that my legs and Achilles are acting normal, although my left ankle and knee feel like they need to be tightened (it’s weird – kind of like if I could just take a screw driver and tighten some loose screws they’d be fine – I think I stretched some tendons and I’m being careful until they tighten back up – it’s not painful, though – just weird).

Linda – How is Madison? Probably much bigger now! She’s a little over a year, right? Jimmy gives her big sloppy puppy kisses! Hope that you get to the DVD’s before Madison does!

Kristi – I’m incorporating some weight training in now that my half is over. But, I’m still doing yoga – I have several videos with 30 minute workouts on them, so I use them. My absolute favorite video is Eoin Finn’s Yoga for Happiness. It has one long workout with several “premixes) on it. I do “Magically Hips” often as nothing stretches my hips and legs better. I swear that workout is the reason I’ve recovered so easily from my half. I LOVE that Chelsea is coming along so well! Way to go! I’m so happy you found each other.

Cathy – love the chatter!! It’s great to see it. I’m chuckling over your quandary. OF COURSE you have to try the new videos!! I want to hear how the kickboxing is – so please do it and tell me!

Sunny – I’m in the same boat – I ordered late AND I have a 7 day shipping time. Hope you can get in your run!

Lorie – Nadia gets my glutes really bad – all those kicks! And you’re not the only one who needs a shove sometimes! That’s why we’re here. I don’t know how many times I’ve been cuddled into the big comfy chair pissing and moaning about having to get up, then I look at this thread and all the lovely ladies who are out doing things, and I get up off my butt and do something – and feel SOOO much better for it. And I will admit – I HATE burpees, too!

Shelly – Bummer – I would love to run Big Sur with you! But, I totally understand. I’m glad to hear it was a good night for you! Enjoy ME! Is the next killer race coming this weekend?

Wendi – Glad you got to enjoy C&W and you are doing better! YAY! Yes, Big Sur is gorgeous. I love that area. Very dog friendly, too. Most of the restaurants even have doggie menus. Enjoy your day!

Carole – Yes, I had fun with PC – only did the CTX ones, though – didn’t want to push it. Enjoy your run! Glad DH’s crud seems to have passed you by. One of my coworkers is dealing with it and I’m giving her REALLY broad hints that she should work from home, and she’s not getting that it’s not about her comfort – it’s about the germs in the office. So, I’ll probably get it, too… :+

Jackie – That’s a great idea – I may have to do that with a picture frame! Thanks! Sorry the car window cost so much! OUCH! Enjoy L&G – it’s one of my favorites.

Have a great day everyone!

NO shipping notice here yet...

I am in need of a good soaking bath. But first a quick Hello

Shelly- Have fun with ME there are some good biceps sets in there!

Carole- Are you keeping the yuck symptoms at bay? How did your run feel?
Hi Jackie- I am sorry about the car window! Did you enjoy?! L&G? That WO is tough for me while doing it ,but I never get DOMS from it.

Lori! You are turning me into a Grace Groupie! I just bought the $9.99 plan and down loaded all 3 for this month today. This morning was iTread #20~ 60" OUCH! I had to stop at about 53" because my hip said "enough already" Next time the speed should be a bit less for this lady.

Christine- Your observation about tightening your leg and ankle is... different. Be careful not to twist anything. Other than that you seem to have recovered nicely!

Wendi- I do not know about my friend having a lot of money, but she seems to really like her riding lessons. She finds it very calming after a long day/week of work.

Wendy- You got your shipping notice! Hooray!

Linda- Forgive me for getting you mixed up with Laura! anyway it is nice to see you back again :)

Yesterday afternoon I did a 3 mile walk in 42" for some cross training. Today was Itread #20 60" but as mentioned above, I did 53" and felt my hip. so I walked for a few minutes then stretched. But, I had a tennis match right after which was OK. I didn't feel my hip more than once or twice on a few quick shots. I iced it and took Ibuprofen. Tomorrow will be a very slow 3 mile recovery run. Grace will need to be kept to 1 time per week.

Congrats to all who will be receiving their preorders today. I can’t wait to hear the reviews. I didn’t preorder (blasphemous, I know) because I already have so many workouts I haven’t even tried yet due to time constraints. I will have to live vicariously through you all.

Sunny D – I’m so glad to see you posting again. I bet you are super busy these days. Don’t sweat the 2 miles if you can’t get it in today, I’m sure you will fit it in tomorrow. :) How’s the HM training going?

Cathy – I’ve never heard of the Excederin/Gatorade combo before. I’m glad it works for you. I think I like the balance of strength training, running, and yoga too, but it is so hard for me to achieve that these days. Enjoy kickboxing!

Wendi – Great job on the 10 miles! That is an awesome time too!! BTW I’m glad the rib didn’t bother you today.

Lorie – I wish I could do my workouts in the morning. I’m definitely a morning person. Unfortunately, it would wake up the kids because the exercise room is right next to the kid’s bedroom. Good job doing double Barry. When is your HM again? I’m sure you will be ready for it when the time comes.

Carole – I’m glad you are feeling okay today. It seems like a lot of cold/germ stuff is going around right now. Enjoy your 4 miler and B&G!

Jackie – Sorry to hear you had to pay $300 to fix your window. That really stinks! :(

Shelly – Have fun with ME! Don’t work too hard tonight. :)

Christine – Thanks for the link to the Big Sur Marathon. That looks like an awesome race. Too bad I can’t join you. That is the same day I will be doing the Derby HM with my DB. However, your race looks a lot more scenic and beautiful. I’m glad to hear your leg and Achilles are doing better today. Thanks for the yoga recommendation. It sounds like a good workout. Does Collage carry it? I don’t see it listed there.

Judy – Enjoy your soak in the tub! That sounds heavenly!! I hope your hip starts feeling better. Glad you enjoyed Grace!

Wendy – Where are you today?

Hi Linda & Susan!

Today will be a treadmill 4 miler. I plan to run it after the kids are asleep tonight. I should be able to get in a section of Stretch Max if everything goes as planned too. Lately, I’ve been thinking about switching to exercising at night again instead of at lunch. My lunch workouts are shorter these days because Chelsea needs to be ran a little bit at lunch to let out some of her abundant energy. I’ll have to give this some major thought because I don’t want to interfere with mine and DH time together and that would do it. Too bad working out in the a.m. is not an option because it would wake the kids. Well, I need to get some work done.

TTFN!

Okay...I got my dvds. I previewed Bootcamp but decided to DO higher intensity step w/o previewing first. BIG MISTAKE! Cardio clutzes beware is all I have to say! I lasted longer then I thought I would with out getting totally frustrated but I couldn't finish. I will have to try it again. I think it's doable but will take lots of practice...for ME anyway! Bootcamp looks fun but requires lots of space and equipment changes which I didn't want to deal with today as I had very little time. I am going to be late getting to my MIL's for dinner tonight as it is! Needless to say I didn't get much of a work out in today and my eating is far less then stellar between today's diner tuna melt for lunch and whatever greasy creation my MIL cooks up for us tonight! LOL Oh well! It happens, right? :p

I'll be back later to try and catch up with today's posts!

Later chicas!:*

I’m back – went to lunch at Fresh Choice. One would think that at a salad bar I would have difficulties being bad – not so, I can guarantee you! :+ Oh well, I’ll do well for the rest of the day.

Judy – Glad your hip is feeling better. I know my observation was odd. But that’s the way it feels – like it’s a bit loose and just needs to be tightened. :p No shipping notices for me yet, either. I ordered in August.

Kristi – I ordered my copy of Yoga for Happiness from Amazon.com. It came pretty quickly. Any way you can get to work a little earlier or stay a little later to allow you a longer lunch time? It’s tough, isn’t it?

Wendy – Oh, now you have me excited! I love tough choreography! Yeah!!

I am sooo mad! Remember I was worried about Madison (my lab) getting ahold of my DVD's before I made it home? Wellll......she did and she tore into them. One seemed to look okay...one had scratches and teeth marks. She totally ruined the case. I just got home from work and the one does okay, and the scrathed and chewed on, believe it or not, is playing...so far! I reordered, but I now they probably won't be able to even ship those until next week. I was sooo mad at her that I cried. But...it was my fault, I should have put her in the garage. But UPS usually runs at 12:30 or 4:30. So I left her out and went home on my lunch hour. Tracking said the were delivered at 10:00. Grrrr!!! Why didn't I follow my instincts!

Lorie - That is soo funny! My sister and her DH got married at the Little Church of the West last October 23rd. We are actually celebrating their anniversay when we go this next week :7 It was a beautiful little church!

Cathy - Hope you got to do your kickbox! It looks fun!

Sunny - Enjoy your run if you get to fit it in!

Shelly - The DVD's look really good, I am still previewing and holding my breath that they plat all the way through! I can't believe the little turkey chewed them up!!! (they looked worse than they actually were, I think). Glad you had a good night at work! Enjoy ME!!

Wendi - I definitely think Fluidity is more of an add on, too! I like the bar to do pullups on! But I don't like to take time away from my cardio and weights to do the Fluidity and bar workouts :+

Carole - Hope you don't get sick! Enjoy B&G and your run! Shoot!!! I think you should dress up like Mrs. Claus!!! ;)

Jackie - WE got a little rain today! Yay!! Thanks for sending me a little! We need about a week of solid rain! Great job on your workout!

Kristi - Maybe as time gets more near we can see if we can pull it off this year! That would be great!

Christine - Madison is a lot bigger now! She will be a year November 10th! I'll bet Jimmy is growing! No....I didn't beat her to my DVD's! I have never been mad at her until today :-( But...I know I should have put her in before I went to work...but I thought I would beat UPS if I came home at lunch x( You know what they say about assuming! :+ Ouch! I can just feel how you are describing your ankle! Sending healing vibes your way!

Judy - That is okay! No problem! Good job on your walk and iTread. Glad the hip wasnt too bad during your tennis!

Wendy - My eating was horrible last night and it hasn't been anything to brag about today! Yes....it happens! We need to indulge a little, right? Glad you got your DVD's!

This morning I ran 5 miles and did Cathe's SS.

Well ...off to see if the chewed up DVD works all the way through! If I can just get 'em to work until I get the reorder than I made today I will be okay!

Have a great night and BBL!

Lidna

Hi again, cheetah babes!

Sunny :: hope you enjoyed your run or rest day.

Lorie :: you are too funny with your double Barry and all those burpees!

Shelly :: I guess there *is* at least one perk to living in Jersey. *lol*

Wendi :: so glad you’ve got the green light to do Cathe w/outs again!…You know, it’s funny…so many kids asked today how I was feeling. 8th graders! This is just unheard of! I pinch myself constantly that I get to work in a district with kids this sweet. Nice that you and your neighbor look out for each other that way.

Carole :: I previewed some of the weight work, but I think I will stick with my last two circuit workouts for this week, and then officially start the new rotation on Monday. After hearing Wendy’s report on the choreo, I will probably only attempt the step as add-ons to other cardio while I learn the moves. I’m on that slow learning curve. *lol* I’d like to give the boot camp workout a go this week, though. Looks like a bit of a space-hogger, but I think I can make it work…glad you did not catch DH’s crud.

Jackie :: yes, I’m good again ~ thanks! My classroom has windows, but we look out into a pretty ugly courtyard…yikes on the window repair job. That was a bit steep.

Christine :: glad the legs and achilles are back to normal…that is an odd feeling you are describing about your ankle and knee. Hope it passes quickly…I agree, great to see all the chatter…and some new and returning cheetahs!

Judy :: hope you enjoyed a nice, long soak…sounds like your hips will thank you for it.

Kristi :: Someone randomly recommended the Gatorade to me some time ago…I’ve found if I drink it right away at the onset of symptoms (and take the Excedrin, too), it *really* cuts down on the severity of the migraine. What do you usually do for yours?

Wendy :: thanks for the heads up on the HIS…I will have to learn that in small spurts…I previewed BC and agree about the space getting tight, but it does look fun and TOUGH!

Linda :: OMG, you weren’t kidding about getting to those DVDs before Madison. Sorry one of the discs looks destroyed. Does it actually play all the way through? Hope so! Then maybe you can cancel your order and enjoy them all now.

I previewed Boot Camp and Kickbox, including some of the weight work and then did the kickbox routine. Reminds me a lot of CTX kickbox in that you pack a good, little sweatfest into a 30-minute time frame. Lots of fun! The time just flew, and I didn’t want it to end. I was tempted to do the legwork also, but I need to do some schoolwork tonight that I can absolutely not put off, so it'll have to wait.

Have a great night!

Cathy - I was "kind of" kidding, but still hoping she wouldn't do it...but....she did it x( So far, so good. The one disc looks horrible, though. But so far it is still playing! I am going to go ahead and keep my other order so that I will have a "perfect" set with the case intact :) I am having them sent to my work address.

Cathe and crew look absolutely awesome! I am going to try to really preview them closer in a little while. They look great!

Evening ladies!

Well, a little disappointment when I got home...no notification :-(. Oh well, hopefully tomorrow. It sounds like I'm going to enjoy previewing these puppies...did someone say choreography??? Sorry Cathy :p.

Carole - I hope you dodged that crud, it sounds like you did with that workout on tap for today. I'm starting to get jealous of you Vegas girls!

Jackie - Oh I love the workout you put together...will have to remember that one! I danced for about 18 years. Ballet, modern (now called lyrical, contemporary, etc.) and jazz. I actually have a BA in Musical Theater, and was a teacher's assistant for a bunch of classes all through college. Unfortunately, I broke my back in 2000 and that ended my dance career...besides, they don't cast overweight dancers :-( and at 5'1" and 140lbs I was not what "they" wanted. Now I've got the right body type but have little chance at regaining my flexibility. That's why I love step so much...it's as close to a dance class as I'm ever going to get again.

Lorie - Knowing you I'm sure you'll be ready for your half!

Christine - I hope your ankle and knee "tighten up" quickly. I had to laugh at "doggie menus"...too funny! I'm with you..the tougher the choreography the better!!!

Judy - I hope you enjoyed your soak. Hmmm, maybe I should do that tonight :). I hope your hip is feeling better and that your run tomorrow gets everything loose and moving again.

Kristi - It sounds like you have quite the juggling act to allow you to get your workouts in . It's amazing you are able to do as much as you do!

Wendy - Oh you lucky girl to have had a crack at the new workouts! Have a good time at your MIL's and try not to worry about the "greasy creation"...you'll more than make up for it this weekend :D.

Linda - I feel horrible for you! I thought you were kidding about Madison getting a hold of your dvds ;(. I hope they all work well enough to tide you over until you get the replacements.

Cathy - I know you'll have all that new choreography down in no time. Okay, that is *very* odd behavior for 8th graders! Do you live in a town called "Stepford" by any chance? I'm so gald you enjoyed the KB...I've been itching for a nother KB.

Hasta manana, Cheetah babes!
