Good Morning Cheetahs!
Today is a rest day from ETK, so I’ll do Cardio Coach Press Play on my bike. I’m looking forward to this one. Haven’t done it for a while. I’ll probably add on one of Steve Cotter’s Core Circuits. I think the first few weeks are pretty easy in ETK, so I’ll add where I see fit.

I don’t want to loose what I gained. DH is gone through tomorrow night, so DD15 and I had fun. We’re all signed up for the race and will start training next week over lunch. Fun! PetsMart is okay. It’s better than him being at home all day every day and he did come home exhausted, they do have concrete floors, though, which is not good on doggie joints. We’ll see. I’m still looking.
Carole – I think they do still have the Presidio – it might be called the Emerald Nuts run now, though.

I know there are several races that have you cross the Golden Gate. It’s supposed to get HOT this weekend – mid 80’s! Wow! Weird weather. It was cold yesterday. A 35 pound kettlebell is actually not too heavy – it’s mostly used for leg work – and we go heavier on leg work all the time. But, we’ll see. The ETK book is interesting. Such a manly book.
Shelly! I couldn’t imagine packing the garage either! Wow! You must be feeling like you’re not sure if you’re coming or going or which way you went. Yes, DD15 will run the Wharf to Wharf with me. She was actually excited when she got the registration email.
Jackie – I’m looking forward to running with DD15! I’ll have to try that speed ladder but a lot slower!
Thomasina – we’re happy to hear from you whenever you have time! So sorry to hear about your friend! That’s so awful! Miss Posh isn’t the only kiboshed spender – our taxes were through the roof too. Crazy. So I feel your pain Miss Posh! I’m definitely “down” for the B2B next year! It’s the most interest 7.26 miles you’ll ever run!
Kath – tomorrow is the day, eh? Did you get your packing done? Great job with the shorts that were too tight last year! That always feels good!
Wendy – Oh man! You’re 18 miler is the SAME DAY? That sucks!! And I totally understand the hassle of finding a place for your dog! That’s why I put Jimmy in the doggie day care that’s further away – they have overnight services where the dogs play all day, so I don’t have to worry about him. It’s crazy. You’re right – it’s my sales background – I’m good at convincing people they should do things. :+ I already have two of the group signed up.
Sunny – I managed to do a total of 8 TGU’s each side – 1 on each side with the 12k kb. My HR was up there, but I could have done a few more.

I was happy with the workout. No more enabling! I’m on a spending hiatus from taxes.
Dallas – ITA on X Stretch – it hits places I didn’t know I had! Great job on the stairs! Glad to hear DS wasn’t that sick and even happier that the cough has calmed. 5 solid minutes of TGU’s were fun!

I know – I’m sick.
Cathy – Especially if Shelly and Wendy are running the 18 miler and can’t be there, I feel I should come out. It’s such a big event! I think you’ll find kettlebells help with your running. I’d be interesting in hearing you opinion as you start training! Hope you get your grading under control soon!
Linda – Oh, I hate when I get into munchie mode! Hope you’re cured today!
Judy – Sorry to hear about your Aunt Mary! Boy and I thought I had a big family. I think it’s a blessing, actually. Glad you got to see relatives you rarely see though.
Lorie – hope the allergies get under control! This time of year is such a mixed blessing! I’ll probably be in Chicago to cheer on Cathy.
Wendi – glad to see you survived yesterday! Yes IMax Extreme is fun!
I think I’m finally caught up! Wow! Have a great day all!
