Busy busy busy again! I messed up & got to my PT appt at 10:30. Well, the appt was at 9:30!! I think it was their goof though because I remember repeating her when I rescheduled. Oh well, so no therapy today!!! Ran errands & washed the dirty van! I just got Allison down for a nap, made the pretzel salad (posted the recipe for ya, Elaine!), and have to go squeeze in GS BSB before getting back to packing!

I'll check in from Mom's at some point. Have a wonderful & safe Thanksgiving!!!
 
Okay, I just finished a mini mish-mosh kinda...

BM2 warm up
step combos 2 and 3
blasts 1 and 2 (no weight portions)
(32.5 mins)
B&G SB abs and stretch

I hope to force myself out the door tonight still for a short run (2-3 miles) and want to attempt the BM2 Double Upper Body Premix tomorrow morning! }( I'll probably want to add some cardio to that but I'm not sure I'll have time...that premix is 72 minutes alone...OY!:eek: LOL :7

Hey all. I guess I was just tired this morning. After a few cups of coffee and a bagel I felt fine. Elaine, I think you might have been right, I was just dreading cleaning. Finished it all, then I did BM2. That w/out drains me but I love getting it done! Ok, I have to go bake now then gymnastics with DS, Alex. Talk to ya soon all.

Hello everyone,
checkin in late today. I had SO many things going on this morning. I finally have a moment to sit down and read all the posts.

I am going to go to the gym in about an hour and do the elliptical. I definitley need something low impact. I like the elliptical because I can listen to my mp3 player.

I still have tons to do around the house to get ready for tomorrow, but it will get done somehow or another.

My kids are so antsy today. They are kind of driving me NUTS!!!! They need to get out and run around for about 10 hours(LOL)
I may throw them on the trampoline in the backyard.

Well, I am off to get ready for the gym. I need to burn off the GIANT burrito that I ate at Chevy's for lunch.

ACK! I was writing this short story for y'all and when I was almost done I lost it! AAAAHHH! I HATE when that happens!x( x( x(

To make a long story short, I had to can my run. I started it but my foot started to hurt with in the first 5 mins. I waited a few mins to see if it would go away and it did not so I went home. By the time I got home my foot was FINE! UGH! x( x( x(

I thought about doing my u/b work out or another 30 mins of cardio here now that DS is asleep but I just don't feel like it. The thing with my foot just put me in the wrong mood. ACK! I hate when that happens! I think I will be canning the double upper body premix tmrw in favor of a shorter u/b work out so that I can definately get cardio in as well.

Okay, I'm done whining now! LOL

Hello gals,
I finished a 55 minute workout on the elliptical and tonight I will do some lower body work and abs. It was a great workout!

One thing I don't like about the gym is sweating in front of everyone. I am a huge sweater. That sounds funny.

Hey ladies!!! Is everyone gearing up for T'giving tomorrow?? (well, at least us Americans!) We made it to my Mom's safely. Lots of traffic tonight!! The girls love coming here. We helped Mom get her tree up & decorated, they had a blast doing that!!

I am going to do either KPC or KM tomorrow, haven't decided which yet. I figured kickboxing would be a good idea, I didn't bring my step so it's a good way to still get in a good workout! I can use Mom's treadmill too. My hips/ knee are still tight tonight. I did bring my foam roller so I used that for a bit- ouch!

Well, just wanted to check in on my Cheetahs!! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Enjoy the time w/ your families!
 
Good job, Susan!! I am a huge sweater too!! My kids always tell me when I'm done working out that I need a shower, I'm seriously dripping. My Mom & brother are the same way. It was so gross the other day, when I did C & W I was dripping all over the mat when I was doing the pushups. Yuck!!

Have fun cleaning the kitchen. ;-) I just wanted to say that I'm a cardio junkie too!! I love my cardio, but I've found that it's good to back off some too. I've been trying to stick to 5 days a week cardio which is good for me! I really want to get this dumb IT band issue fixed so I can get back to running, but I will play it smart to prevent any other injuries. Not running on consecutive days, alternating workouts, and continuing to stretch stretch stretch!!
 
Sorry, Wendy!! I hate when things like that happen. Where on your foot did it hurt? I had plantar fasciitis & that is no fun!! (the band on the inside of your foot, but mine hurt more towards the heel!)
