~***CHEETAH'S Tuesday Talk***~

Evening, cheetahs~ :)

Lorie :: believe it or not, that guy's a little TOO beefed up for my tastes. I'll stick with my footie hotties. :) Glad your team won.

Judy :: good job turning down cake and ice cream. I had a moment like that myself today. I resisted my Target popcorn craving this afternoon while I popped in to pick up a scrip. We have another day of in-service tomorrow (training for a new grading program, dept. meetings, and room prep), and the kids start Thursday.

Carole :: *sucks in breath* Your poor mom. I'm glad things went well, but it just sounds sooo painful. That's nice that your niece will be able to look after her in rehab. Thanks for the tip on the dried apricots. I will give those a shot.

Christine :: *lol* about the timing of your deliveries...speaking of deliveries, still no baby. Nice ab combo today. Cannot blame you for not attempting Providence on sore legs. That'd be a suicide mission.

Linda :: oh, I was just kidding--I'm not scared. Not yet, anyway. I'm just focused on the next training goal, which is 20. Whoo. :) I'm going to try that tropical berry flavor of Cyto this weekend--getting tired of the citrus one.

Jackie :: Good to have a connection like that...It all came together beautifully! Your guests are going to be ooh-ing and aah-ing....hope the computer setup goes swiftly and it's a painless morning for you.

Karen :: wow! Thanks for such a thorough response. Appreciate learning more about how it works. You answered some other questions I had but didn't want to bombard you with. That is terrific that your girls are doing so wonderfully--and a testament to your teaching. Let's not get started on standardized tests. *lol* You and I will be going off on a joint rampage.

Gloria :: you're already checking work on day one? Oh, you are too good. So glad you had a fabulous first day!

Wendy :: Ut oh on Sal's knee. I've seen that happen to a friend of mine. Avid mountain biker, never ran, and thought he was going to show me and everybody up in a 5K. He did all right. And the next day he hobbled to work on crutches. Busted up both knees...My first day back was good--busy. Trying to play catchup on some info since I wasn't at the summer TL meeting. This Sunday I am shooting for 20. Are you doing yours Sunday? We'll be running together in spirit. No sign of baby yet. Contractions were still far apart when I spoke to her today. Re: the Sharkies, I have one word for you: Target. :)

I ran 3 miles and followed that with ab work on the BOSU as well as the pilates.

Gotta log in my food and catch Nancy Grace. Have a great night, everyone!
