Hello again dear cheetahpals! Wow, I really should kick my butt out of bed earlier on long run days. I think I sweated off a few pounds this morning, but it's all worth it

Later today I'll get in a Squeeze workout.
Cathy- As you know I almost always split my workouts, morning and late afternoon or evening. I think you'll find you have much more energy for PLB... great job on your run today. BTW, would you like to try to attend Cathe's Friday morning step class Aug 10th with me, (and Carole and Susan if they are interested)?
Judy- I love those charity events for cures! Your golf event sounds like fun

I was fascinated by your account of your spanish exchange student. Americans are by far much more hard working then Europeans but no one seems to really be aware of this.
Kristi- I think you are on the right track with your p90x/running rotation and I bet you'll get some awesome results!
Jess- Sounds like you and your girls had a great time at your Moms!
Nice run for you today :7
Laurie- How nice that you volunteered your professional services!!
500K!!!! Those riders are going to be needing you!!
Carole- Can you share with me your secrets for getting yourself out of bed early enough for the long runs? It does make such a difference to be running when it's nice and cool and I feel so good when I can get up early enough. My kitty will usually get me up at 0600 demanding food, but I really need to be up at 0500 this time of year. It's just too darn easy to talk myself into hittin the old snooze button! Also, re the roadtrip... do you think you'd be interested in trying to attend Cathe's step class Fri. am?
Marcia- I can't wait to see your website!!! It sounds like it was quite an inspirational trip for you. It should give you a boost for this new rotation you are starting.
Jackie- Great job on your iTread workout this morning! I used to be like you and would "save" my good running shirts for races. I wised up though and realized wearing the right clothing for long training runs was just as important as for races. The heat this mrning was brutal.... I really need to be getting the old bod out of bed earlier!!!
Susan- wooohooooo, got in a great workout yesterday!!!!! You are on a roll there cheetahgal!!!! I am SO looking forward to meeting you :7
Amy- Welcome back!!!! Don't feel bad about not being able to run or work out too much right now. The jet lag and adjustment from vacation takes a while to subside. If you want a suggestion for a cardio workout that doesn't take up much room or expense how about jumping rope? I also like the idea of alternating running in place with jumping jacks. I hope you can get your picturetrail problem sorted out.... I'd love to see your pics!
Elaine- great to be hearing from you!!! I'm so sorry your PF is still bothering you :-( I guess your new puppy is a terrier... what kind specifically? Forgive me if you already told us this, I missed it. Anyway, he's a cutie. I knew Christine would be good for all kinds of good tips. But puppies do take a lot of time don't they? It is definitely worth it though.
Time to get on with the day y'all! Have a good one.
