Good morning, my cheetahlicious friends
Hmm, thought someone else would’ve started the thread by now while I was off typing this in Word, but I guess not. Everyone still sleeping? Hope you enjoyed your Fourth festivities.
Today will be KPC’s Cardio Cond. Premix plus stability ball abs and a short Squeeze mishmosh. I know my legs’ll be screamin’ ‘cause they are pretty darn stiff this morning. But I do have that hot stone massage later this morning – perfect timing! I’m meeting a friend at the spa, and after our massages, we’ll go to lunch.
Catchin’ up w/ personals from yesterday…
Amy :: great job logging in another 4-miler!…enjoy KM today…k’box is my favorite cross-training workout and I think it complements the running very well. Try adding the KM leg conditioning drills after a run sometime – yowzas!
Wendy :: at least you were able to jet into the ladies room – I have been caught out on the roads with nowhere to relieve my bladder and thought I was going to pee my pants! Not a good feeling…Glad the tat was not irritated…love getting new kicks! I have been wearing the same model for a long time – if ain’t broke, ya know?
Jackie :: I have the X workbook, so I don’t need spreadsheets for that one, but thank you for the offer!!…At Dick’s, I bought three new pairs of running shorts, one Nike Dri-Fit tank and one tee, an Adidas warm-up jacket, a pair of spandex shorts (I like to wear them under my running shorts), a North Face fleece for skiing (it was only $18, originally $55), and a fleece jacket/vest that I’d been eyeballing in the winter (marked down to $22, originally $60). I really only went in to buy some new shorts (which I needed), so I felt a little guilty buying all the other stuff. But obviously, that didn’t stop me. *lol* Hope you enjoyed your day of relaxation.
Laurie :: glad the overcast weather kept you cool yesterday on your run…on a few rare occasions, I have had the skies open up and start raining during a sweltering run…now THAT is a Godsend!…*lol*…Yeah, I have started doing my own mishmoshes of B&G lately and really seem to like creating my own torture.
Shelly :: congrats on finishing 2nd in your age group!! That’s an incredible time for a hilly course in the heat! Hope you enjoyed hosting the BBQ. Sounds like a great spread!!
Carole :: WTG on snagging the biggest fish! I’ll bet you did get quite the forearm workout! Thanks for the info on freestyle – very interesting! Maybe I’ll try to incorporate that into my next rotation. I’m curious to see how the leg/glute-heavy rotation works for me…Love the animated graphics!
Hi to everyone else who follows. Have a great day!
