Finally some time for personals!
Cathy – Sorry you’ve lost your voice! That will be interesting teaching! Any movies you can show about the books you’ve been reading?
I’m glad you’re feeling better though.
Sunny – you’re really getting into the iTrains, aren’t you? How are the iSculpts? I’m hesitant to try them. Working at three different locations eh? Really four as you’re a wonderful mom too!
Wendy – my DH has been doing the same thing to me and I know it’s not fun! I’m glad you’re not in pain – which means you can kill yourself with another workout! Dh is still alive and well, but only because he was the one who drove me to the emergency vet so I could hold Jimmy and keep him from ripping out the IV. A left hook would have been too kind as he was complaining the whole time about how much these animals have been costing him. I finally reminded him that HE’S the one who bought the poison AND put it down where Jimmy could get it easily. That shut him up. I still have the left hook in reserve, though.
Judy – Low Max is great for a cardio/legs day – have you done Pinky’s version where you do weights between the intervals? That is really a workout, but a great one!
Gayle – There is hairball stuff that you can get to help with that! I hated when my cats did that! Ick! I don’t blame you for shutting him out, but my kitties used to reach a paw under the door and rattle it – and they could do that for hours. So, I had no choice but to let them in (and get hairball medicine!) I re-read my post and realized I should have put upfront that he was okay – didn’t mean to scare you! It is a good idea to know the emergency vet info for your area – your vet should be able to tell you. If anything happens knowing where to go helps so much! Believe me, I learned that the hard way with Tucker. Great job on the improvised way to get more weight on your back without hurting your head!
Carole – thanks for your sweet note and all of the encouragement with Jimmy. I’m so happy he’s well! He’s still a little “off” but he went through a lot yesterday – they made sure every scrap of food made it through his system! A big sloppy puppy kiss for the prayer and thoughts!
Jackie – I can’t even do ONE pull up – I’m so impressed with your 15!! Yeah, Jimmy is better, so I’m not complaining!
Linda – Those bands are not quite long enough for me either – but they really did give me some shoulder strength!!! Jimmy gives you a big sloppy puppy kiss in return for the hug! He’s been giving a lot of kisses!
Shelly – I am so glad I got home in time! He’s snoozing by my feet. My DH saw him shaking and didn’t think much about it. I wanted to ring his neck! Another crazy workout – eh? I just shake my head in awe at you!
Susan – Yeah – I still have moments when I am almost on my knees because I miss my mom so badly and I so wish she were around to share something with me. {{{HUGS}}} It’s painful, but in a weird way I never want those moments to end – I’ll deal with the pain as long as I have the memories. Hope you find your way through the haze. You’re girls will help you. Thanks for your sweet words about Jimmy and Tucker. Puppy kisses!
No workout for me today – I’m just thankful I have yet another wonderful boss!
And lastly – a photo taken today of Jimmy and Kimo… http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1308/4836116/10006168/253274722.jpg
