Hey gals.

Not up for personals this evening. Sorry...I promise I'll get back to them soon though!:)

Well, instead of working out during Joey's nap, I took a nap too!:p
I didn't sleep the entire time but was sooo not feeling like working out so I blew it off. By about 5pm after DH got home from work I was in such a cr@ppy mood from dragging myself around all day in pj's, not working out and eating badly that I FINALLY decided to get up off my arse and DO SOMETHING. I eeked out about 30 minutes of B&G. I did the warm up and then picked the exercises I wanted to do. I did most of what is in the leg blast premix but I did NOT repeat anything like Cathe does!:p I intended to do something else but it just hasn't happened. I even thought about doing some Yoga X or something but I'm still pretty beat up from the past few days. I just want to be a slug and sleep. :-( I don't know why I am still feeling this way...Joey is fine! He's back to his usual self! Why am I still moping? ACK! I should be nothing but HAPPY, right?

Oh well...I am probably just tired and need more rest so I'll give in and go lay down...

Susan and Jess: Glad you Cheetahs got to meet! That's so awesome! :+

marcia-hope you are able to get your run in and still have energy for class. my brother teaches a bootcamp class like I do. he does opposite mornings and evenings of the days I teach. my evening classes fell on the holidays these past two weeks so I went to his class as a fellow student.

laurie and christine- I do like the fact that my brother and I have workout times together. its a way for him and i to see each other more often since we both are busy with our familys. we are very close .

carole- I dont know if I plan on doing the doubles rotation. I was thinking the classic. I want to get more muscle definition and lose a few pds but dont know that I would have enough time in the day for 2 workouts. I could still sub cardio x as a run day and it shouldnt be a big deal ,right? I want to run 2 days a week at least. traci suggested that I still do kenpo because it really works the upper body and abs like no other workout so I will try to keep that one int he rotation.

Aww Wendy, don't be hard on yourself at all! You've been through a very scary and trying time. And even though Joey seems to be fine I am sure that your worry has not gone anywhere. When will you take him to see the MD again? Prayers and good thoughts are ongoing! Take care and remember that we love you and will be here tomorrow to watch you figure out what workout to do

To everyone else: Just checking in to say "hi". I'm getting back on the wagon tomorrow so will be back in full force then!

Jess and Susan: You are just both cute as a bug's ear! Love the pictures!

i cant seem to pull any of the picture trails up on my computer for some reason. I use to be able to, dont know what happened.
 
Wendy - Oh absolutely do not beat yourself up! You have had a scary time and you need some time to deal with it! Good job on getting in B&G, though. You'll get back. Holy Cow! What you've been through is enough to make anyone a wee bit stressed! Don't worry.

Anyone else wondering if Cathy will be able to get home? There's a big storm hitting Denver AGAIN.

Got an iPod Shuffle from work. It's really cute, and TINY - not much bigger than a postage stamp. I'm afraid I'm going to lose it!
