Hi Cheetahs. I've been thinking of you guys but have been feeling really, really blah lately. Give me a few days and hopefully I'll be back to normal. I'll drop in again then.

Shelly, The cooler temps will be awesome for the marathon! Good luck, even though luck has nothing to with how well you are sure to do.

I'm done with shopping and the first part of Yoga X...I DID 90 MINS OF YOGA TODAY! UN-FREAKIN-BELIEVABLE! :7 :7 :7

I bought the push up bars, the weight plates and I actually bought a yoga block! I used the block tonight and am now VERY glad that I bought it! It helped ALOT!:) It cost me less then $10 so I didn't have much to lose if I didn't like it anyway. I found the ankle weights but decided to pass on them until I get back to doing Cathe work outs. I didn't find a BB bar but I will keep looking. Again though, I don't really NEED that for a few months so it's no biggie.

I have to admit it....Yoga X is growing on me....I can't say yoga in general as I haven't done anything else lately but I am really starting to appreciate Yoga Tony-style! ;) :7 Mr. YP may have a while to wait though. LOL My inlaws bought me 1 yoga and 2 pilates dvds for Christmas. I'll have to bust out that one one day and see what it's like.

It's Legs and Back for me tomorrow! I'm excited-I finally get to try my hand at pull/chin ups! This should be a sight!:7 You can bet your butt I'm going to have my high step or a kitchen chair at the ready for assistance. I am sure I can't do one unassisted but I need to see how far I can go before I do the work out so I know where I stand. There is talk that the leg work in this doesn't neccesarily feel like much while you are doing it but it is VERY capable of giving you some pretty mean DOMS! Does anyone here agree with that?

Christine: The poses that really got me this afternoon was the crane and the wheel. I was very happy staying in bridge thank you very much! LOL There is also plough---OMG! I do my best but I'll bet it's a pretty bad showing!:7 I had great fun shopping...thanks!}(

Cathy: Glad to hear they liked KPC! Let's see if they come back to do it again! That will tell the REAL tale!;) I would sub in the LB premix on a GS Legs day one time for sure! The work out is TOTALLY different but you will feel it in every inch of your legs...TRUST ME!!!!}( }( I loved the Flintstones as well. I wonder if they are on tv at all anymore??? I should search my Tivo box for them. :)

Jess: Congrats on the YMCA membership! That's great! I hope you like it there! I never used to like the gym but now I LOVE it! Have fun!
