Good Morning Cheetah Babes!
Well, we didn't end up going dancing but the party was fun and NO HANGOVER.
We didn't get home until well after 11pm. You can just imagine how exhausted DS was. He had fallen asleep in the car and wasn't happy when he was woken up to go up to bed. He had a mini-meltdown. ;(
I ended up being a marathon runner. LOL I wore my cheetah shirt, with appropriate pants and running kicks. I put on the bib from my half and wore my garmin and my running hat. It was easy to figure out what I was and I was soooo comfy! Couldn't have asked for a better costume!

DH ended being a farmer/country bumpkin type. He wore overalls, a white tshirt, work boots and baseball cap. He looked uber goofy!:7 We took a couple pics of Elmo so I'll post them over the next couple of days.
So I've completed a 4DS week. Today will either be a run, yoga or a rest day. Such decisions! Knowing me, since I've only worked out 4 days this week so far, I will probably hit the run. I am supposed to be adding yoga into this rotation so that should happen tmrw making tuesday a rest day. We'll see what happens though!
Cathy: Sorry your internet was down. I was wondering what happened to you. Thanks for the heads up. This way we won't have to send someone out lookin' for ya if you don't pop back in today!
Linda: Glad you had an awesome vacation. They always end too soon, don't they? DH and I are about to book a little weekend getaway over Veteran's Day weekend. We have been going back and forth about what to do (Poconos, Phila, NY state, etc)but I think I really want to do the city thing. Ultimately I want to do a night/weekend in NYC but we are going to ask for part of that as a Christmas gift since it's soooo expensive. Phila isn't cheap but not as bad so I think we will do that. I am looking forward to it. DS will be staying with my inlaws most likely.

Hope you get your dvds soon!!!
Shelly: Leave it to you to ruin our fun by telling us you've never lost a toenail!

You really ARE too perfect when it comes to this work out stuff. Endless energy, can run like the wind (along side donkeys nonetheless!), world record stair climber and now this...miss never lost a toenail and I've been running for how many years!?!? }( Girl, you never cease to amaze me!:7 LOL
Lori: Well after the leg cramping incident at the half I swore that I would never let that happen again if I could help it so I went to buy something to help prevent that on long runs and I just kept pressing the "add to cart" button!

I actually didn't even spend $40 so it wasn't bad.

Hope you can catch a nap today!
Christine: Glad you, DH and Jimmy had a great trail run y'day. What's on tap for today? That's so great that you have not just one but TWO running partners! I'm so jealous!}( Thanks for the info on why pedis are good for runners! I think I will get one as soon as this cruddy nail is gone!}(
Sunny:
www.hammernutrition.com HAVE FUN!}( ^5's on the 10 miler babe! Awesome job! Just curious...how long did it take you?? I took me something like 1:58 to do it during my training. I was a bit speedier during my half though.
Carole: I can't see myself even running upwards of 5 miles more then once a week unless I am training for something that requires it so I guess I am good with my sneaks. Thanks!

Great idea for the 20 min IClimbs. I love my 20 min Itreads for quickie cardios. Not the best for me to use as add-ons since I have to go to the gym to run most of the time but I guess I still could use them that way. I would just have a "break" between work outs.
BBL!
