Hey everyone!
I'm a bit tired myself...even though I didn't work out yesterday and haven't gotten to it today yet, either!!...At this point, I may not...I just put together a futon for my classroom and then had an interesting time getting it into my trunk. I wound up having to take it halfway apart again to make it work!
Was great to spend time with the cheetahs...I do have 2 pics...I will post the group shot even though I hate the way I look in that one, but the rest of the cheetahs look GREAT! And they are all even cuter in person! (BTW, I hope one of you will email me the shot taken at Adelphia's when you get to it.)

Not sure why this one is not as crisp - I did something to it during the upload that I haven't figured out how to reverse. It was either this or an absolutely GIGANTIC pic.

(Wendy, Shelly, Susan, Carole, and me) Not sure where Gayle was at that point?
What I love about this group (all the cheetahs) is that everyone is so down-to-earth and personable. That comes through in our thread discussions, but getting a chance to meet people in person adds another dimension. While the RTers, of course, had the opportunity to spend more time and get to know each other better, here are some observations after having met them in person:
First of all, they really are all cheetah BABES! SUPER fit hot mamas!
Which leads me to #2, I need to run more. LOTS more. *lol* And eat less. LOTS less.
Carole is an absolute riot with her one-liners and under-the-breath comments. Gorgeous smile. And she knows good dancing when she sees it.

VOGUE! (Hands off, ladies. He's all mine. I'll be going back next week.)
Susan is SO easy to talk to and was fun to shop and EAT with. She taught me a thing or two about dress shopping - like not mistaking t-shirts for dresses, which evidently I kept doing. OOPS! No wonder it's been such a challenge finding a dress. *lol*
Wendy is this petite little thing, but as you know from the pics, totally ripped. Talking to her about how she slimmed down post-pregnancy has given me inspiration to work even harder toward my fitness/fat loss goals. She's really easygoing, laidback, and fun to hang with - it's too bad we don't live a little closer to one another.
Shelly has that go-getter, fearless leader personality - the kind of person who encourages you to try anything (like crash a party), and that positivity is contagious. I also get the impression that Shelly would be the kind of friend who would tell you "snap out of it" when you need to hear it! I like that.
Gayle - I didn't get to talk to Gayle very much (and I forgot to check out her pedi!), but I have to say she is even prettier in person than in her pictures. And I don't think she was wearing a stitch of makeup.
There were a few others I met, and all of them were SO, so nice. I'll tell you one thing: I will be on the computer at 12 noon SHARP to sign up for next year's road trip even if I have to tranquilize my students to do so!
Have a great rest of your Sunday, ladies!
