Christine :: Glad you're feeling so strong after logging in 10 miles yesterday!!...Yes, that is so true about running. It can be unpredictable like that at times. I think I've had slightly tired legs since I've started WW, so I need to adjust my diet somehow and make sure I'm getting fueled properly. I'm allowed 23 pts. per day, which equates to about 1400 calories - not a lot. Typically, I earn anywhere from 2-6 pts. when I work out, so I can eat another 120-360 calories, but that still means I'm not consuming more than 1800 calories per day, and I'm burning some of that off...enjoy the new yoga vid!
Not sure why I'm up so early, but I do have schoolwork I need to do, so I'll take advantage of the early morning and try to bang it out. At some point, I'll be heading out for a run and will do some abs, too.
