Oh, shucks!
http://www.thewritingbridge.org/images/smilies/bigsmile.gif I really don't want anyone to be under the impression that this is about me. There are several of us in this together. I don’t want anyone to think if they can’t go or don’t want to go, they are disappointing me. Not at all! The more the merrier, for sure. But I feel strongly that anyone who chooses to do this race or any other needs to do so for themselves, because they want to and it's right for them. Therefore, those who are going—great! Those who aren’t, I’m certain we will have another chance to run together, and I look forward to it. :7 :7 :7
So,
Linda :: I hope you don’t feel bad honoring your first commitment! Of course, that’s what I would do, too. I don’t know whether I will do another marathon after this one, but I would LOVE to get together sometime, and I’m banking on it that we’ll have another opportunity. We will DEFINITELY be cheering you on at Marshall! How cool that your daughter and XDH were in that movie. I haven't seen it in its entirety, but what I did see was good. What a touching story.
Jackie :: WOO-HOO!!!
http://i.slickdeals.net/images/smilies2/groupwave.gif Nice job finishing first in your age group and 1st female overall!!! Sorry about the broken sink. I had a great run, but it was a bit warm. Supposed to get cool again tomorrow.
Wendy :: yeah, he’s an inspiring guy – very moving last lecture…my run was great, thanks! Glad your nap left you feeling refreshed.
