::: CHEETAHS ::: Move the rump, it's hump day!

RunninTeach

Cathlete
Good morning, cheetahs!

Never made it back yesterday. Had a kind of hard day at work, so I thought I’d take a quick nap after the chiro before my w/out. When I woke up, my back was back to these darn shooting pains. Too intense to work out. So, it was an unplanned rest day for me. :(

Am still in pain this morning (movin’ around like a 90-year-old grandma), but I’m going to try to loosen up with some gentle stretching in a few minutes and see if I can at least get in the bi’s & tri’s this morning and hopefully feel good enough to do BC tonight. It definitely feels worst after I have been resting.

Wendi :: sounds like you enjoyed a great run despite getting lost…Good thing you carry your cell phone with you! I’ve wondered sometimes if I should do that, but don’t know where to put it…re: the exchange…would the end of this month give you enough time to decide?

Lori :: I love the new series…haven’t done it all yet…only BC & KB, legs, and the ab work, plus I’ve practiced the first two combos on LIS…I prefer to run alone, too, but on rare occasions, I will run with a friend. Never feel like my run is as good b/c of the talking factor…I agree that you should explain your new preferences to your friend. If you ran together for four years, she may be wondering if she’s done something to offend you. I wouldn’t use the schedule as your reason since it’s clear she’s still trying to make that work. IMO, the best thing is to be honest and simply tell her what you’ve told us – that it’s not personal but running with a stroller and talking is hurting your training, and you prefer to go it solo.

Wendy :: I hope your neck feels better today and you can work out. I sure was feelin’ your frustration about not bein’ able to work out last night!…Oh, you asked me about my ol’ HM time…it was 2:29…Yes, I cannot have tea/coffee, red sauces, etc. for 48 hours after the whitening procedure. Today I go back to get fitted for some kind of tray.

Christine :: I have been watching with horror, too…Our local news showed how much of the state is on fire by showing a comparable map of our area. It is unbelievable.

Carole :: So, are you feeling the DOMS today? Loved your workout review. I don’t have the much-raved-about shoulder work on my schedule til Sunday, but you cheetahs have me itchin’ to get to it!!

Lorie :: good job sticking to your new reduced-mileage plan. Hope you got a better night's sleep last night.

Shelly :: hope you enjoyed the new trail…that is funny that the movie was set in Bisbee! Have heard good things about it but have not had a chance to get to the movies since the summer. Have missed some good ones…BC was the plan, IS the plan for tonight. I agree, it’s tough!!

Jackie :: yes, I do feel the chiro makes a difference…this time, I really did a number on myself though…I have to get back to getting regular massages again…I was getting one per month through July, and since then, I haven’t gone. I agree with you that there is benefit to getting them regularly.

Judy :: hope Rocky is OK!

OK, time to move my rump! Some stretching and then I'll attempt bi's & tri's!!

Have a GREAT day, everyone!

Good Morning Cathy and all who follow!!!:) :)

Cathy, what you suggested was my next step. If she actually came out and said "why don't you call me anymore?" or something along those lines, I was just gonna come out and say it. "To tell you the truth I find it hard running with a stroller and talking" And theres not a doubt in my mind that she will offer to slow down when running. But thats easier said then done when your use to runing at a certain pace. And to tell you the truth, it probably isn't so much about the running as it is the music! LOL Ive really gotten use to music...and I wouldn't want to tell her she as been replaced by music.;) I use to enjoy running with her and I still do when we are at it but when I get home Im not like "oh...I think I will call her tomorrow" Its nice to chat with her and my runs use to really fly by when I was talking.Prehaps next Spring when I am back at it and working, I will be able to go for some runs in the evening with her so she doesn't feel so deglected! LOL Now, I have ran with her about 3x this yr and the first time was when I stopped for stitches but after that I was o.k. I just found that she was always 2 feet ahead of me. She was kind of running next to the stroller while I was behind it. Oh...it will all work itself out! LOL She just doesn't know how to take NO for an answer. She was the same way when I had injuries a few yrs ago. She would call to see if I was running and i would tell her my knee was bad...but she would just keep nagging until I went!

Alright...enough about that:) My legs are pretty tight today. A friend called last night and wanted to know if I wanted to go for a walk. Secretly, I was tired but I went anyway. I want to go for another run today b/c the weather is suppose to be nice and I need to get out early b/c after lunch DS and I will be going to the sitters again.I may also try to do bic,tri and shouls today.
My heart is breaking already when I think about leaving him. Seriously, wherein the h#ll did the last yr go? I finished work Oct 26th thought for sure it would be longest yr in history and here I am washing out uniform peices! Oh and my pants are to big! They were so big I thought I must have put them away without washing them but I couldn't see myself doing that. So I washed them again, put them in the dryer and whaddya know!? They are still falling off of me! I called work and had them order me in a 4.The good thing about my job though is that its shift work so I don't have to leave DS MON-FRI 9-5, that would KILL me!

Have a good day everyone! I will be around for a little while but hoping to get out for a run in the next couple of hours!
Lori:)

Good morning early bird cheetahs:)

didn't have time to check in yesterday, however i did iclimb 7 40 mins.

today i am gonna cheat and break open the new workouts because i want to do a KB workout and 30 mins fits into my time slot;-) . i am also going to do istrength legs and abs later on this afternoon.

cathy- i really hope your back feels better soon. esp. so you can enjoy BC}( . do you mind telling me how much you paid for the whitening procedure? thanks, i am thinking of possibly having it done also.

lori- i know it's hard to tell someone you don't want to do something with them, as you would rather be alone. i had kind of a situation like that also. my running buddy wants to run with me all the time and i would rather listen to music or an itrain. so what i did was switch my days and times to run and only run my long run once a week with her. not sure if something like that would work for you. i can also relate to the going back to work, dread leaving your baby feelings. it will get easier as time goes on. take care today.

thanks to everyone that gives me well wishes on going back to school, i can't believe i am even considering do this!

have a great day to all of my cheetah buddies:D

BBL....

Ahhh Wednesday...

Rocky is home. We went up to get him. He was in a garage with a towel and the lights on. The family was so nice, and they did not feed him. Upon seeing us, he started purring loudly. We think he didn't want to make the long hike home in the pouring rain.

Cathy- Did the stretching help? I have Bi's and Tri's today too (with 4Ds of course) Are your teeth being whitened at your dentist? DD just had hers done at her own expense. DH refused to pay for it, (he just paid for her teeth implants though [yikes!] , no insurance coverage for that) but after wearing braces for several years, she wanted to even out her color.

Sunny- How did you like iClimb? I may do iClimb this week in place of a run.

Lori- Do you run every day? It was difficult to go back to work as I remember after maternity leave. I hope you have a smooth transition.

Today will be 4DS bi's and Tri's. I do not know if I will have time to fit in cardio or not, but if not, it will give my hip a rest. On tap today is Bible study class, a hair highlight and DS has his training appointment. Also, DH's new tire had a flat and we had to replace the tire. So at some point I'll need to pick up the car form the tire shop. Tonight I am attending a drug/alcohol parent awareness meeting by our school district. It is a pet peeve of mine with parents who knowingly let their teens and friends drink at their home. (I do not mean a sip of wine at a family dinner)

Oh dear, sorry to ramble on this moring!

judy- i must admit i am a huge fan of the iclimbs! they are intense and i love keith's voice, lol.

just popped back in to say i just adore cathe! what a great 30 mins KB workout!!!!!!!:D :7

Good Morning Cheetahs!

Sorry I never got back here last night. I was quite tired by the time I got home. I did peek in and read a bit but I just wanted to hit the sack and knew if I started posting that I'd never get there! LOL

There is hope for a work out for me today. My neck is ALMOST good to go. I am hoping one more dose of my med this morning will knock it out by the time I am done working. I could do cardio but after Sunday I DON'T WANNA! :p LOL I am actually just really craving weights as I haven't been able to lift since Thursday. :-(

I will start personals right now but can't promise I'll have the time to finish 'em so if I leave someone out, never fear! I'll be back this afternoon to finish!:7

Christine: So today's is new work out day, right? How exciting! You are gonna LOVE them!!!! No results on the HM yet. What is taking so long!?!?!? x(

Carole: My legs are still a tad bit sore but not bad. I read your review of the leg work out. I am glad you like it! I have yet to do that one. I did preview it however and I am SCARED! LOL

Lorie: Good job getting that run in despite being tired. Glad you stuck to your promise! Good girl! :)

Shelly: Good luck exploring today!:) How was the dentist y'day? STILL no HM results posted! UGH! It was the Seaside (NJ) Half Marathon. If you look it up and spend the time searching the pics and can find me then you deserve to see it! LOL I just can't believe how very awful it is, especially when I KNEW he was taking it!!!! UGH!x(

Jackie: What brings you to NY this weekend? Good luck on November 4! I know you won't need it. How many HM's have you run before? Are you looking for a new PR perhaps? }(

Judy: Glad you got Rocky back. Also glad the neighbors heeded your wishes and did not feed him. So nice of them to give him shelter from the weather though. :)

Wendi: So did you get your work out in this morning? How'd ya like it? }(

Lori: IMO running 10 miles with regularity IS awesome! I've run 10+ 2x now and although it's doable, I can't imagine doing it on a weekly basis! You rock!

Cathy: 2:29...darn, you just beat me out!:p LOL Just kiddin'! Good job! Sorry about no tea (or coffee) for 48 hours. I can see I'll never get MY teeth whitened! :p

Okay, well I think I got everyone in so it's off to grab a final cup of java before I have to get ready to head for work.

Have a great morning girls!:)

Good morning Cheetahs!

Oh my, 4DBC Bi's and Tri's...so much fun :7 :7! I was really scared of the cardio when I previewed this puppy but it's not nearly as bad as it looked and space really wasn't an issue. However, the tricep work had me whimpering like a baby! YEOUCH...gonna feel that tomorrow! More good news...it's raining here so I MIGHT get an early day at work today YAY! If that's the case I want to squeeze another workout in to makeup for missing yesterday, I just don't know which one. I would love to break out 4DKB but am scared of the DOMS I might have from that one with the next few workdays I have ahead of me...buyers on Friday, horse show Saturday (I actually have to show one, joy *rolls eyes*), race Sunday. I don't think I can afford a sore booty and legs going into all that.

Okay, enough whining...

Cathy - Oh, I'm so sorry your back is still bothering you...sending healing{{{{{{vibes}}}}}}. I never leave home without my phone, maybe because it's ALWAYS on me at work. I feel naked when I don't have it on me. I'm lucky that the elastic in the waist of my pants is pretty strong so I just slide it over the edge (it's a flip phone). Finances are really tight for me right now but, yeah, give me till the end of the month...thanks hon.

Lori - Congratulations on dropping a size! I love that feeling when you put on something you haven't worn in awhile and it practically falls off you :7.

Sunny - So glad you enjoyed 4DKB...you guys are absolutely killing me!!!

Judy - It sounds like Rocky's happy to be home. How nice of that family to take care of him during his stay. You've got a busy one today...enjoy your workout! ITA about the drinking thing...kids (and some parents) have really gotten out of control.

Wendy - Ooh, I loved it...more than I expected to actually! I'm thinking about running through the cardio twice next time...did I really just say that ?!?! Glad to hear that the neck is better and that you can probably get a workout in today. I've been craving the weight work, too, lately and have already seen a bit of progress. Now, you've got my interest piqued...I wanna find that pic tonight }( J/K!

Hopefully, if mother nature behaves and the rain continues, I'll be back this afternoon. TTFN!

Good morning all!

I’m very tired this morning. Forgot to mention yesterday that it was DH’s birthday, and I arranged for all of the kids and their SO’s to meet us at Santana Row as a surprise (he had no idea – kept trying to argue with me about going to different places – man, it was like herding cats – well one big unruly cat!). We had dinner at Maggianno’s which is decent Italian food – not wonderful, but I like that it’s family style so you all share. For my workout yesterday, I did the wrong circuit premix and ended up doing two rounds of leg presses and decided that was enough and just switched to L&G – and did the entire workout as well as the first two combos of KPC and KPC’s abs. It was a nice little workout. Might do it again sometime. :p This morning – well, I’m exhausted. I’m thinking of doing Yogilates 2 for some nice stretching. I’m hoping I get my DVD’s by lunch and get a chance to try the new DVD’s!

Cathy –Sorry about the day at work. Never fun. Hope you got in Bi’s and Tri’s! I think everything feels worse in the morning or after sitting for a long period – so hopefully that it. Those fires are scary, aren’t they? Fortunately, it seems that the rescue efforts with the shelters, supplies, etc, are being extremely well run. There is a lot of money down there, and a lot of people who are willing to chip in. But just listening to the stories makes me tear up! To give you an idea of scale from my perspective – these fires are as far away from me as South Carolina would be to you. So, we’re not even seeing smoke, thankfully.

Lori – oh {{{{HUGS}}}!! Leaving your baby to go to work is so hard!! I’m glad you had the year with him, though! Good job on dropping the weight and then some!

Sunny – Enjoy the KB workout! Tell me what you think!! I’m so excited to get these. More excited than I thought I would be. I almost did not order them thinking I would never use them, now I see all sorts of possibilities. I think you’ll do great at going back to school. You’re an inspiration girl!

Judy – glad to hear Rocky is home!! Give him a hug for me! Wow! Sounds like a crazy day ahead of you! I absolutely agree with the pet peeve about parents who let their kids and friends have parties at their house and turn a blind eye. Drives me crazy!

Wendy – I’m glad to hear your neck is feeling better (avoid shoulder work, though – that’s what gets my neck when I have issues). Still enjoying the high (and soreness) of your half? I don’t think I moved for a week after my first half. You’re doing much better! I’m hoping today is a new workout. I hope UPS realizes the importance of the package and delivers first thing!!! That’s crazy on the results, too! If it’s computer chipped, it should be pretty instantaneous. I had results by the time I got back from the Pats game (and did not check before that). *gives officials a good swift kick in the bum*

Wendi – Oh, stop making me jealous!!! I cannot wait to get these. I hope you get a break with the weather and work today!

Well, I guess I should get this booty in gear. Hi to all!

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy..sorry about the tough day at work yesterday. I shared your back pain a bit. Mine flared up last night. Could have been the deadlifts in the leg workout. I iced it and used a sportscreme I have before going to bed. It does feel better today. Yes, I do have DOMS...and yes I am happy about it!!...:D. I will be doing bi's and tri's with you today.

Lori...Congrats on the big pants!! I'm sorry, I bet it will not be easy to leave DS and go back to work..:(...I am glad you have better hours than 9-5! Hope you get your run in today.

Sunny...so when does school start? I must have missed that...:(...I might try the KB workout tomorrow. But I will do bi's and tri's today.

Wendy...Sport drinks are also a must for me if I am going 9-10 miles or further, I take sips about every 1.5 miles. I only use the enduroltytes in warm weather but they do also help with cramping and I have seen them given out on my longer trail races for that reason. Have you ever considered Chiropractic? They do good things with neck pain. Hope yours feels better as the day goes on. I think you will love the new leg workout.

Judy...Yes the leg work is different and fun. I do have DOMS in my booty! A shorter band would be way tough! I plan on doing this one for a long time! Glad you got Rocky back home. Bi's and tri's is a popular workout today. I agree with you about parents letting kids and friends drink at home...this day and age that is completely irresponsible.

Wendi..it is not uncommon to get DOMS the 2nd day. And usually it does last longer! I have a little bit in my shoulders and like I told Judy, I am feeling my glutes...:)..I think you will really like the new leg workout. I like the fact that they are all about 30 min...Thans for the Bi and tri review. Hope you do get and early work day.

Christine...sounded like a nice dinner for DH last night...I agree 2 rounds of leg presses is enough!! It does sound like an exhausting workout. I do hope you get your new DVD's early....they really are fun...:)

I had fun with HIS step yesterday afternoon. I did have trouble with combo 3 but the others were not too tough. I do wish the cardio was a bit longer as I like to get in at least 30 min of cardio (not including the warm-up & stretch)! So I added the 1st 2 Imax 3 intervals...:)...I do have DOMS today, just a bit in my shoulders and more in the glutes!! Today I am doing just Bi's and tri's from the 4DBC workout and a 4-5 mile run. Not sure when I will try the 4DBC cardio yet...

Have a great day...:)

Hey Carole! How are you? The shortness of the cardio was one of my worries with this series, but I think I can work around that by add-ons as well (like you did with IMax 2). I actually plan to do the cardio in the AM (a full hour) then the weight work over lunch. I've been playing with different rotations, and that seemed the best. I have my fingers, toes and Jimmy's paws crossed in the hopes they come before noon today!

Hi Christine...I am actually sore!!! From the new series, but it feels great! I think add-ons for cardio is a great idea. I will keep my fingers crossed too that yours come early...

Good morning Cheetahs! Still raining here and I'm ready for some sunshine.

Judy - Thanks for the weather info. Need to make sure I pack an umbrella. Glad Rocky is back home safe and sound. Sounds like an adventure for him.

Carole - Glad you're loving the new workouts. Mine will have to wait until next week. Just don't have the time right now.

Wendy - Glad the neck is feeling better. This will be my first half marathon. As a matter of fact, this year was a lot of firsts for me - 5 miles, 10K, 10 miles. No particular goal. Just want to do the best that I can.

Wendi - Morning workouts are like caffeine for me. My 3 sisters and my DD will be making the trip to NY. Two of my sisters will meet my sister here and my DD and me there. We plan on taking in a show, sightseeing and shopping while we're there. I like trying new restaurants too. It should be fun.

Cathy - Sorry to hear your back is hurting. Hope the pain eases up. Be careful with the workout.

Lori - Hope the adjustment of going back to work and leaving DS is not too hard for you.

Sunny - Glad you enjoy the new workouts today!

Christine - Glad dh had a fun birthday. What a nice surprise!

I did CC #6 with Candace, 6 Minute abs and Cathe's basic stretch.

Don't know if I will get to check in tomorrow. Will have to finish up things at work and get on the road to Nashville. We have a very early flight to NY Friday morning. If I can check in while I'm there, I will. If not, I will talk to you Cheetahs in a week.

Enjoy your day!

Jackie

Sunny, good job on the workout yesterday! If I were you Id be cheating today as well! I would have had those workouts opened before now! LOL

Judy, glad to hear you got your cat back. Leave it to a cat to not want to walk home in the rain! LOL I have a dog like that beleive it or not. He will stand by the door, dying to pee and as soon as he sees the rain, he backs up and won't go out! Have a good workout! I don't run every day but when the weather is nice I do. I am trying to fit in as much now as I can b/c the snow will soon be here. Plus it works with my exercise and DS's naps.

Wendy, enjoy your day at work;) And I hope you get that workout in! I like running 10 when I know Im gonna be a bad girl! LOL When I plan on going out for supper or just having a few drinks, thats when I like to do my long run. Just so happened that I had time for it yesterday so I did it. A friend of mine mentioned getting together tomorrow night to watch Greys and have some snacks...if thats the case I may have to do 10 again tomorrow!

Wendi, glad to hear you had a good workout. Yeah, dropping a size is nice. Im just hoping there won't be a big dif between a 6 and a 4. Some sizes are weird like that. I know there was a big dif between the 8's and the 6's. I guess I will soon find out.

Christine, sooooo not looking forward to going back to work but I know once we both get the hang of it, things will be o.k. Plus it will be nice to socialize with people who don't have kids and kinda get a normal life back. I was tired just listening to your day yesterday!!!!

Carole, glad to hear you had a good workout yesterday!

Jackie, have a great trip!!

So, I didn't run.Thought I would give my knees a break.I did Imax Extreme ,3 seg and GS bic and Shoul.

Off to the store!!!

Lori

:)

Okay - do now I'm bummed. I checked UPS and the thing said my package was delivered yesterday! But it's not on the front porch. The maids were there yesterday and they keep their stuff on the front porch - so I'm wondering if they picked it up by accident. I'm so upset! No workouts for me! :(

Lori - Sounds like a good non-running workout!! How fun! You're talking about uniforms - are you a nurse?

Thank you mama nature for cooperating! I decided to spend my bonus day doing Laundry Max and Clean Max...always fun and was definitely needed!

Christine - I love your impromptu mish mosh...sounds like it was a great workout. I had to lol at the "herding cats" remark! It sounds like you had a great time, though. GRRRR about your dvds. I hope you are able to get your hands on them soon, you poor thing! I'm another one who wishes the cardio was just a wee bit longer.

Carole - I think there was some freaky Cheetah vibe going on today...how many of us did bi's and tri's, 4? I was *this* closse to diving into KB but I decided to let practicality win out and get some serious cleaning done. It certainly wouldn't have gotten done anytime in the next five days and it was getting pretty bad ! I love your idea of tacking on a little Imax. I'll have to remember that one!

Jackie - I hope you have a fantastic time in NYC! Enjoy the show and the yummy dining. If you like Greek there's a wonderful place on the edge of Hell's Kitchen called Uncle Nick's...amazing food :9! For Italian I find it hard to beat Carmine's in the Theater District.

Lori - Great workout you put together today! I wish you {{{HUGS}}}} and the best of luck going back to work.

Gotta get back to the laundry then off to the grocery store. I actually *love* food shopping, probably because I *love* food so much :p :9! I think it's going to be cilantro-lime grilled tuna steaks with roasted brussel sprouts (from our wonderful farmstand on the corner) and I'm not sure what else. Maybe something will inspire me at the store. BBL.

I'm hoping DD14 who is my partner in crime when it comes to hiding my video purchases, saw it and stashed it where I always ask her to hide things. It would have come while she was home and she would have seen it. *hangs head in shame* Oh, I know I'm teaching my daughter some awful things...

Quick post today ladies... Sorry. Today I took a vacation day so I could go on DS's field trip to an orchard to pick a pumpkin. Around 8:15 a.m., I got a call from his teacher telling me the trip was cancelled due to the Dept of Transportation saying the roads are not safe. We have had 2 days of non stop rain. However, the cancellation of the trip was actually a good thing. I had planned to take DD to the doctor this afternoon after the field trip. She has been coughing for over a week now, mostly at bedtime. Yesterday it turned into more of a croopy cough. Needless to say, at 9:20 this morning we were at the peds office. She has bronchitis and is on 3 kinds of meds; an antibiotic, a cough suppressant syrup, and a steroid. Anyway, today is an unplanned rest day.

Sorry to not be able to respond with personals! I'm hoping to be able to come back later an catch up with everyone.

WAVES to all cheetahs!

Hello cheetahs! Checking in a bit later today, after my workout rather than before like usual. I got in a pretty decent 16 mile run yesterday and tried out a new trail section.... pretty nice!
Today it was back to exploring this wonderful new 4DS series :7 I'm getting into the great premixes now... it's a mind boggling array of them:eek: Today I did BC plus upperbody. That's all of the upper body work except core. Then I tried the doublecardio LIS/HIS
hooooboy I am fried, but in a nice way;-) I am way ready for my nap soon and then it's back to work tonight!

Lori- I am currently in training for a marathon this December which is why my long runs are getting pretty long. When I'm not in training for a long distance race I'll stick to 10-14 miles for my long runs. I'll be doing the Las Vegas Marathon Dec. 2nd. What is even more exciting is that Carole will also be there doing the half with her sis) and Lorie will be there too!! (getting married!) and may also do the half. It should be fun!!! Great job on your 10 miler yesterday!! I'm very impressed that you pumped out Imax Ext today  What job is it that you are going back to anyway? I'm sure the transition will be tough for you at first but it will all iron out. We're here for support in the meantime!!!

Jackie- Don't blame you a bit for passing on the HM in Dec. You've been racing enough girl!!! Glad that your getting a vacay now!
Have a great time in NYC!!!

Judy- Glad to hear that Rocky made it home safely. Maybe he has learned his lesson and will stop his wandering ways. You've got a busy agenda today!! That's great that you are so involved as a parent with alcohol awareness. It always astounds me when I hear about those idiot parents who think it's okay for teens to drink as long as they are "supervised"!!! Hope your hip continutes to improve!

Carole- How did JC behave at the vet? That combo3 in HIS still has me a bit befuddled but I've only done it twice. I'm thinking 3rd time will be the charm. ;-) The weight work is awesome isn't it?
I usually can go much heavier than Cathe in her weight work but on this series I'm pretty much sticking with her and it's more than enough!!!

Wendi- The BC workout is my absolute favorite of the new series!!
IMHO I think you'd do fine with doing the cardio from KB today, even with your race on Sunday. If it were me I'd be doing all of it but I am somewhat insane;-)

Cathy- Eeeks, sounds like you are in a world of hurt with your back sweetie!!! :( And this is AFTER your chiro appt?????? I gotta wonder about that! Anyway, I hope it clears up enough so you can get in your w/o today.

SunnyD- The KB workout is a fun one isn't it? Not as intense as I was hoping for but it'll make a good add on for me. So you may be going back to school for your masters? My goodness, your ambition and drive is so inspiring!!

Wendy- So you ran the Seaside HM? Wow, that sounds so beautiful!
I'll definitely be checking out the website now. LOL about the race pic. It seems that those darn race photographers deliberately wait until we have the worst expressions before taking the shot ;-)
I'm willing to bet though that the pic isn't nearly as bad as you are making it out to be! So glad to hear that your neck is better now and I hope you can get in your w/o today.

Christine- x( x( x( x( x( x(
After all the anticipation and wait for the new workouts!!!!!!
Sure hope you can track them down!! Your celebration of your DH's Bday sounded so nice!!! Keep us posted what happens!

Time for a good nap now! Hi to any cheetahs I may have missed!

ShellyC

Hi Kristi! Not to worry about the personals... we all know how busy you are and appreciate it whenever you can post and let us know what's going on. So sorry about your cute little DD being ill!
Hope all is better with her and you soon!

Take Care!
