RE: Cheetahs Like to Move It, Move It .............Sund...
Good morning cheetahs
GOOD LUCK JACKIE!!!!
Cathy...If I put my EXT together I am sure your Dad will have no problem. No, you don't need a professional, just patience...

...Guess I might have to start hitting the tanning booth...not much sun lately...Glad you like the Bosu! I bet the hi/lo dome workout is a lot of fun.
Sunny...enjoy your classical stretch today.
Lori...hope your tummy feels better later. I have not eaten much spicy Indian food but I have begun to enjoy spicy Mexican...jalapeños and chipotles...YUM!! Hope you can get in a long run, but if not rest is always good for you...
Lorie...sorry about your back. Is it better today? That butt glue is tough stuff!! Hope you feel good enough to get in a run, as that always makes me feel better...
Wendy...funny about the snoring, but usually when I poke, he does turn over and the snoring stops...

...Sounds like a great upper body workout yesterday. Glad you had fun last night, you needed that. I bet you can find a fun Cathe cardio for today...
Christine...Sorry about DD18's Mom..

...I bet your T-Day today will be a tasty one! That would be fun if Jimmy enjoyed SAR. Glad you enjoyed KBX. Your mind can get a bit muddled before the 5th combo! Not sure many like the side jump kicks, I usually do front ones instead.
Shelly...I am proud of you to listen to your body! You certainly do not need to push at this point before the marathon. You are already trained..

..Hope you enjoyed your easy paced run and core work.
Susan...thank re my floors! I love them...we are taking a little break, not sure what is next, painting our bedroom or laminating the hallway...

...wow, redoing the trim can be time consuming but I bet you will love it..You have me LMAO with your "rather large hiney" statement yesterday...I know better!!..
Judy...that is odd about the Garmin. Definitely contact the company as I think it can be reset. Also you can check out this site
www.motionbased.com , they have a forum for Garmin users and someone else might have the same problem.
I ended up doing a circuit of Amy's hi/lo Xtreme and APX legs yesterday. It was fun...We went to a funeral yesterday afternoon. Such a very king gentle man, we know from chruch. He had prostate cancer that went into bone cancer a few years later. I will sure miss his smile and gentle personality. It seems he had a very good life.
Today will be a 10-12 mile run with my friend. Then Football!!
Have a great day...
