Gloria ~ I will see if I can find the Johnny plans. I think they used "Folsom Prison Blues."...'K. Just lettin' you know about the status. Didn't want you to think I'd forgotten. Will for sure have it in your hands before summer's end.
Enjoy a day of NOTHING if you opt for that. Did the t'storms come through? It is another muggy but dark & dreary day here. Lightly misted during much of my run.
Christine ~ Actually, I hate champagne. Was just makin' a funneeeee.

Judy ~ Our busy cheetah mom...enjoy your trip to Boston.
Wendi ~ congrats on the horse showing but sorry about the additional work complications...it is frustrating when you can't rely on the help. Also sorry about how things are with your dad. It must sting. Hope a little unloading helped.
Wendy ~ Yeah, my dad agreed that the driver's behavior was suspicious. Basically, when I changed direction, the van followed me, and then as soon as he saw I had company, he made a K-turn. He then waited up ahead and when we were back in view, I think he realized I still had someone with me, so he decided to take off altogether. Weird. You can never be too careful in this day and age. A guy in his 20s from this area was just convicted for murder. He killed a woman returning to her condo late at night. Stabbed her multiple times, including in the eye and then raped her on the lawn outside the condo. He tried to immobilize another victim by ramming into her with his car. People are nuts.
I had a difficult run this morning and wound up going just short of 9. Around mile 6, my back flared up big time. I don't know what brought that on. Previous runs with my Camelbak have been OK. Anywho, I tried to push through, but by mile 8, I realized I needed to pack it in. It was just too painful. Gotta figure out what this means for my training schedule. But for now, I'm off for a hot shower & some ibuprofen.
BBIAB~~~
