RE: Happy Halloween!
As it turns out, I could not squeeze in GS Legs this morning. The darned cupcakes took longer than expected. I thought about plugging it in this afternoon but have decided to stick with just yoga for tonight.
Wendy :: guilty as charged!
No, seriously…I have 97 students…but of course, I had some leftovers. Um, I ate…three. I swear I’m done. <hangs head in shame>
Judy :: wow – B&G after a hilly run! Rock on! Will check out the review.
Sunny :: I didn’t get a chance to check out that link from yesterday. I’ll go back and do that in a bit.
Christine :: MMmm, BBQ sounds delish.
LD :: nope, no self control here.
Carole :: enjoy the CardioFusion and your run!
Barb :: Great to hear more good things about B&G. The transport was quite the endeavor. I used aluminum tin pans…there were quite a few…but I managed to get them in the building in only two trips.
Katrina :: enjoy your rest day! Did you figure out which workout you plan to do tomorrow?
Linda :: thanks.
Good job plowing through a treadmill run!
Elaine :: thanks for sharing a little bit more about your brother. It truly shines through your post what a special guy he was. I’ll never forget the friend of John Denver’s who was interviewed on the news just after Denver’s plane crash. The guy said, “Yes, I’m real sad that died…but I’m SOO happy that he lived.” At that time, I was still grieving for a close family member who’d been killed in an accident about a year before, and those words – though quite simple – had a profound impact on me. I’ll never forget them. I know how especially painful it is to lose someone before their time so-to-speak, but those words really helped me concentrate on what a gift that person was in my life rather than think only of the loss. Continued ((HUGS)) coming to you!
Susan :: you’re back! Glad you had such a wonderful weekend. Keep us posted on how you make out w/ the chiro tomorrow.
Shelly :: thanks
Yes, that is one helluva workout you tackled yesterday. Let us know about DM and LIC. And what kind of band will you be using, I’m curious?
Jess :: way go on the pushups!
