My crazy power circuit workout yesterday was WAY FUN!!! The cardio all together was about 66 mins with the 3 workouts. I think I might just do that one again!

Cathy...no golf ball involved in the exercises I do for my feet. I do 10 calf stretches on each side ( I stand on my hearth) and then grab some dumbells and walk forward 10 steps on my toes, and then 10 steps on my heels (with toes up), and then walk backwards 20 steps. I do that 10 times and these exercises I do barefoot. I am glad your training runs have gotten a bit faster, that is a great feeling! Sounded like a very sweaty KPC workout yesterday. Have fun with the HSC premix later.
Wendy...no DOMS for me from my workout. Hey, don't temp me, I have not been to AC and that could be so fun...Enjoy chatty Rich today, does he chat like that through the cardio too? You have been giving yourself a lot of DOMS this week..
Lorie...Sorry about the insomnia from the prednisone...hopefully it'll not take much longer! I hope you will be able to go out of town with DF this weekend. I will look forward to meeting you and your new DH in Dec. I have already met Shelly and she is great...

Wendi...no DOMS for me today, maybe tomorrow? I wish I could sleep for 8-9 hours, that rarely happens, I seem to be happy with 7-8. So bowling didn't go so well for the guys...I used to bowl a lot, now it seems like forever...
Kristi...hope your laptop is up and running very soon.
Susan...I am not a huge fan of the dentist either but I have had so much dental work done in my mouth you would think I'd get used to it!

..the power circuits were very fun. Good job with Allstep. Me personally, I would try for the 10 miles this weekend, but if you are not up to it the 6-7 would be fine.
Judy...that is cool about your friends doing the Breast Cancer walk. That is a long way to walk but for a great cause.
I am planning on GS Chest and a 4 mile run.
