Morning, girls~
Super-quick post for me…
I didn’t get home til 7:30 last night, so I did not work out. This morning will be the HSC 50-min. premix.
Sunny :: I am having a few of those run-amok days myself!
Wendy :: I am figuring I will have to take BC into the hallway, too. I will probably give that one a go tomorrow.
Judy :: so which w/out do you think you’ll start with?
Wendi :: thanks for the report on HIS and LIS. Glad the package did arrive! Nothin’ like a new Cathe series to give you your second wind!
Shelly :: crackin’ up *lol* about the Jersey comment…enjoy that 7-night stretch!
Christine :: glad your leg is feeling better…I do wonder sometimes why instructors who cater to home exercisers wouldn’t be space-conscious when they plan, but I can’t hate on our Cathe. I’m sure I’ll figure out a way to adapt. It looks like a butt-buster…Our working dinner was actually enjoyable *and* productive. I have the best colleagues. Some teachers can be territorial and unwilling to share ideas and materials; our group is not.
Lorie :: http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/happycelebrations/th_bdayparty.gif Interesting that it is your birthday and they are ordering something you don't really like. *lol* Oh well. Hope you have fun, anyway!
Carole :: ACK! Sorry ‘bout the crud. We have really been spreading it around on our thread here. I didn’t get a chance to see the video on the OD. Haven’t had much time to surf around over there. What did I miss?
Jackie :: looks like you have some nice vacation time comin’ to ya.
Kristi :: that is interesting about the sleepwalking, and that you catch yourself…my symptoms are similar…it starts with blurred vision…that’s the point where I take the Excedrin and start drinking Gatorade…then the head pain and light sensitivity kicks in…usually the pain is on the left side for me…at some point, nausea usually strikes, too. I’ll have it intense for one day and then maybe a second day of residual head pain…I cannot imagine dealing with that for several days on end!
Linda :: sorry about LIS being wrecked…good thing you re-ordered. At least you can have fun with the others in the meantime!
